It helps me keep things organized and logical, with a good overall flow. I also like the built-in reminders for follow-up, along with the finalization process that helps ensure nothing gets left open. The main dashboard needs more customization such as audit completion, what's pending review, anything outstanding longer than a certain period of time. The user interface is a little cumbersome, but the MAIN issue is that you can’t preview attachments. Every time I want to see what’s attached, I have to download a local copy to my computer.

The width of the Title column in projects should be allowed to go wider. It often cuts off the titles of our tests and then I have to click on each one to read the full title to see what it is I am needing to look at.

The SmartCheck box always popping out instead of staying hidden. My company does not use and I have to minimize it every time I click into a step.

I find TeamMate+ easy to work with due to its simple-to-navigate user interface. The audit program workflow is a big improvement over spreadsheet templates, as everything is documented in one place making collaboration with team members easier. The setup makes it convenient for team leaders and managers to work together, with checklists to track audit progress and review notes closure tracking. I appreciate the notifications that alert for completed stages and initiate reviews. The support from the implementation team was excellent, making the transition much smoother. I'm still struggling to get the automatic report generator to come out in the right format. There seems to be some inadequacies in importing data that is in tables, for instance. Furthermore, the report structure has changed from merely extracting TeamMate+ data to summarizations that need to be made by the auditor. I feel AI could be incorporated in the report generator to analyze audit results and assist with the summarization. Also, the TeamMate+ Insights dashboards were not working for us, so we had to only integrate with Power BI for enhanced analysis of data and stakeholder reporting.
