J'ai commencé à utiliser TeamHood pour de la revue d'activité d'une partie de l'équipe, en test, notamment la fonctionnalités KANBAN.

J'ai testé plusieurs outils du marché en version de démo et TeamHood présente plusieurs avantages dans sa version d'essai gratuite limitée à 5 users/1 guest contrairement à des outils concurents:

=> elle permet de gérer les swimlane nativement au niveau du Kanban

=> elle permet de moduler mise en forme par swimlane mais également par user ou par tag .

Nous allons le tester quelques semaines et si cela accroche bien avec l'équipe et nous permet effectivement d'être plus efficace, il est probable que nous passera a une version plus évoluée pour le généraliser au reste de l'équipe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

La limite en nombre d'utilisateurs sur la version gratuite.

The flexibility Teamhood has in terms of configuration, still maintaining simplicity, is astonishing!

It's the perfect mix for my use case, a newly born scrum team working on multiple projects simultaneously in a little company that can't afford to be very structured on the management side. After an extensive search and trial of all famous and less famous products, I found teamhood and realized that all the others are too rigid in how they make you adapt your needs to their software. The absence of markdown syntax, or a rich text editor, inside the individual task description is a minus.

It's so easy to organize the data. The GANTT chart, and Kanban views are excellent. All the functionality I need without making it overly complex. Quick learning curve. I tried several competitors first. Monday.com and Clickup and didn't find them as easy to learn and there was so much going on on their pages that it was hard to zero in on what you were working on. The views that offer a good range of filtering and customization and the dependencies of the tasks like 'Waiting for' and 'Suspend'. i find these two the most useful as I work with them every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I tried to work with and it was complicating the flow of the work were the Child items. The idea of having the Child items is good but you lose the track of the Child items in the Output if a view more complex is built. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A free plan which includes all the most required features to work with including list, kanban, easy setup and adoption. A great alternative to Jira, Asana or any other similar task management system. Perhaps Gantt chart and its related features are less developed. However, managing Gantt chart is quite a difficult task. Even more, it's quite a big challenge to create a tool similar to MS Project or Oracle Primavera.

the Gantt view, the relations are poor, it is not suitable to professional use, you never know what to expect from the app, cannot rely on for big and complex projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've been searching for the tool that combines Kanban boards with Gantt charts as previously we were using separate tools for that. We are amazed how easy is to use Teamhood Gantt charts on daily basis as well as their unique kanban board. We structured several Kanban boards and now all processes are fully visualized.
