TeamGantt will allow subcontractors to report progress and changes in close to real-time so that they stay within time-bar periods and keep their contractors happy with prompt action. It's very intuitive to use and with little practice I have been able to put together a timeline for the project I am working on. I print off a copy of the file weekly and show it my client and he understand the files when we issue weekly updates. Visually, its very clean, and it's easy for everyone to look at and understand. I can see instantly my workload for the day, week and coming months in an instant. Also, my teammates can see that and they can schedule their tasks accordingly.
