After using other Gantt tools, I found TeamGantt the most user-friendly by far. The value added to the board in terms of clear and easy to digest info about the portfolio of projects is priceless. My advice... use Jira for your daily activities with the development teams and team Gantt to report with the help of your middle managers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How quick it is and and how you can view your to do list from the project plan. The resource view at the bottom is good too! It is nice that they offer a free plan for 1 project plan, which suits an individual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dependencies are only finish-to-start. I often use start-to-finish, start-to-start and finish-to-finish dependencies, so this limitation is frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use the task list feature the most as I'm usually managing multiple moving parts within a project. Being able to group tasks and create subtasks help me ensure I don't forget the little things. It's hard to get people on a collaboration tool and even if my team members don't actively use it, I can still assign tasks that will remind me to chase up the right person to complete that task. It's easy to get a big ballpark view on a project or to doubleclick and get into the nitty gritty detail without leaving the exact same chart. It's nice to have a tool that works as an executive summary and an actual working document simultaneously. I love being able to have collaborators and invite my team to see their parts and help them envision the scope of the entire project. I wish there were few more non-hover buttons in the interface, like a persistent button for creating/adding groups, rather than knowing where my mouse needs to be to click. Teamgantt is today one of the most promising cloud-based platforms for collaborative Gantt charting, time tracking, communication features and file sharing among other tools. Teamgantt has a lot of useful customizable templates and eye-catching designs, Gantt charts are very easy to make so you can save a lot of work time when it comes to organizing projects, it also has a reporting feature that allows us to see if the projects on hand are overdue, finished or in process. Some of the teamgantt communication tools must be improved to enhance the use of this platform much more, at the level of project management we can not manage budgets as well as we can not track the cost of a project until completion are weaknesses that must be improved Teamgantt another thing I would add is that I would like to enhance much more capacity to synchronize with Google Drive, Dropbox or MS Office documents.
