What do you like best about TeamDesk?

What do you like best about TeamDesk?

My team is able to track the type of request using the tagging feature, making the ability to sort through previous responses a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamDesk?

We use this as a ticketing system, and our clients are on a monthly allotment of time. The time allocation can be hard to track month-to-month in the Desk based tracking feature, specifically when a request rolls into a new month (and has been unresolved in one calendar month's time). A great feature allows you to trigger unanswered emails back to your "Active" inbox and has saved us a lot of headaches of researching and following up with unresponsive clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our multi-location team is easily able to jump in and assist clients all over the country/world. We can easily find previous tickets from the client and can tag/track the emails.
