Our team heavily uses the planning poker and retrospective functionalities of team o'clock. The team really enjoys the custom retrospective functionality and how the whole retrospective feature works in general. I like that it integrates easily with Slack which is the main communication tool in my organisation. Using Slack commands I can start meetings. What is more those meetings don't require that much facilitation from me - most of the work is done by the tool, notes are published after the meeting and action points are tracked.
