I love the way it's perfectly setup to work in a team environment. I've never used similar kind of app. This is so great, that we are engaging more and have knowledge about each other's work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy the service is to use. We use Microsoft teams and the integration is great. Also, in the past I submitted an enhancement request and the response was very fast and the enhancement was in place within hours! I was very impressed! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I see only a few minor things that I don't love.
1 - I am not crazy about the planning poker summary such as "The team has voted for 3 points" -- I would only find that helpful if the entire team pointed as a 3. When it's only the majority that voted for 3, it doesn't matter. We then have discussions to decide which point value to land on. I feel that the summary can be misleading in cases where it wasn't unanimous.
2 - I would love to see options for different pointing methods. In a past pointing tool that I used, you could select from a dropdown "fibonacci, 1-5, 1-10 or Yes/No" and then your setting would default based on the last selection that you made. I do wish that Team o'clock had options other than just Fibonacci. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
