Drill downs are a great help, ability to view customer information from multiple levels great. Ability to track customer via notes, emails etc extremely helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Column chooser is very confusing and difficult to use, too many options in many cases that require you to know some sort of cross reference of the field from your system. If not populated then shouldn't show up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
