The setup sections aren't very intuitive so you're spending more time searching. **What problems is TimeClock Plus by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** This system solves the problem of recording and tracking hours with multiple methods, plus any other type of data the clients need to collect with their employee's punches. We have found that TCP offers a really good way for Clients to manage their various Jobs and Stages of Jobs in order to provide them with important data based on their employees clocking. **What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?** Because there are so may features, it is sometimes a bit cumbersome when changes need to be made to just a few employees or things. **What problems is TimeClock Plus by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We did have a situation recently regarding salary employees and tracking their clocked time. Typically salary employees do not clock, however in this instance, the Client wanted to track their time worked on specific tasks but did not want these tracked hours to impact their set salary amounts or hours. Since we import this information out of TCP into a payroll system, I did not see how we could import hours and ignore them from being paid, but yet still apply to job reports. TCP has already figured this out and it works perfectly. ### 7. Up until TCP, we were receiving weekly time sheets faxed to us from 17 locations; about 100 employees, all hand-written. I LOVE being able to read the hours and the Notes! And, I can easily print reports for an individual, or a site. TCP is definitely User-Friendly. **What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?** We were downloading hours into QuickBooks for a while. We quit because it took us just as long to go back through all of the hours to check and correct as it did to manually enter the hours into QB. We are in the process of again setting up the downloads. The importing and exporting features make mass changes a breeze. It works as it is intended for; however, sometimes, those do not align correctly with a school district. It was so easy to integrate from the start. We went from paper timesheets to all on the computer in no time at all. It allows the employees to clock in or out, and they know exaclty how much time they have accured or available to use instantanously. The employees have a link on their computer and can easily clock in or out. Some of the employees even have it setup on their phone so they can clock in or out with out needing their computer, which is an additional feature that make is well worth while. It allows complete customization no matter what you workflow is, you can make TCP fit you business needs. From a management point of view I don't have to worry about keeping accurate records for any of the employees time. I never have to worry if something is miscaluated or added incorrectly, it is all handled. from start to finish. The software was very easy to setup, we went from a local on-prem platform to a full cloud implementation without any issues. Their tech support was right by our side during the implementation process and we were up and going in no time. Customer service is always there to provide a hand, no matter if it is just a simple question or ends up being something they have to take ownership of and work to help figure out the best solution. They are only a phone call, chat or and email away when you need assistance. **What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?** So far, I haven't really had any issues or things I don't like. **What problems is TimeClock Plus by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** TCP software helps to solve a number of problesm right out of the box. It accuratly tracks and records when a person is on the clock. It allows employeeds to easily clock in or clock out with out being a hinderance. It allows rules to be created and setup to track anytime of time you want(sick, vaction, comp, PTO) It is full customizable so rules can be setup for what ever the stituation might be. It handles and keeps track of all the things that are involed with FMLA and allows complete documentation for each case. It has an app for any mobile device to allow employees to manage their time from where ever they might be. ### 12. I have reached out to Customer Sercvice several times with questions. They have ALWAYS been quick with a helpful response. Its very simple to navigate and allows emplyees to see their totals and where they maybe messed up so that leaves less work on the human resources end. **What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?** TCP customer service is quick to respond, however I have received answers for my questions or why something isn't doing what it should and the answer is always "you have to pay more for that." A few times I was told on the phone that it would be fixed the next day, then received an email about whether we wanted the upgrades to go on the same card on file. It apparently does not work with the current program we are running. I was told this would not be an issue while going through the change over, however, that is not the case. There has been no solution to this problem except to purchase new clocks. So really the issue has yet to be resovled since I was told the clocks would work and they will not. ### 21. That is really about all I like about it. **What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?** We are a law enfocement agency and the software cannot be configured to correctly compute overtime hours on a holiday. I used ADP prior and had no problems. It is also a very labor intensive program. This requires so many more steps and manual adjustments and overrides. **What problems is TimeClock Plus by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has only made payroll much longer and more manual entries have to be made. Integration w/Prism does not include flow of supervisor grouping. Need better ability to group EE's with sups. Fine tuning of the recurring schedules process. Posting of set holidays does not initiate prior to day of holiday. I want flexibility of when to post it to timesheets. There is no supervisor mobile app version available. This product is easy to use. When emplementated, the trainer was patient and explained thoroughly. Their customer support department is easily accessed and uses questions as a training opportunity. There are a number of features offered and our company utilizes the majority of these. I attribute this to understaffing or poor management in that area. Also, the tools to get support through online means are somewhat lacking. But, like I said, once you get someone on the phone in either area, then things start going quite smoothly and they are *very* helpful. Which really tells me that any issues I've had with response times or lack of response is a result of under-staffing. All peramiters are auto sorted and with the limits set is clear how many people can be approved for a given day and who should be denied. Another great feature is the easy viewing of schedules. Wondering if a particular staff is working, within seconds you can see when that individual works and what hours. **What do you dislike about TimeClock Plus by TCP?** The speed that th system processes can take some time especially on high volume days. Also, the autofill and publishing features need improvement. They said they Clock would work with Sage Accounting and not require any new programing but infact it cost another $6000.00 and a programer with Sage to get it to work. TCP is trying to raise the price for implementation they what they quoted me.
