- I love the birthday feature, as well as the staff anniversarie feature!

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

- When changes are made, they aren't very transparent in communicating what changed and how it betters the product. An account rep to review these changes would be beneficial!

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Humanity, we use to do things the old fashioned way! Pen and paper! This tool was amazing to implement, as it meant staff could see their schedules real-time, as well as, it helped us become more effieicent!

  ### 18. Simple Scheduling

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alina D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2023

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The most helpful thing about TCP Humanity scheduling is that I am able to see my employee's availabilities at the same time I am assigning shifts, so I don't have to go back and forth between tabs. It saves so much time and is so efficient!

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The least helpful thing is that I have trouble saving pre-set schedules each month, so I have to manually create each shift that I need on the schedule.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TCP Humanity Scheduling allows us to cross check amount of hours worked vs what each employee is scheduled, so that we can ensure that our work sites are compliant.

  ### 19. Humanity has a lot of potential to be an excellent scheduling app

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Malcolm M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2023

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Humanity has a lot of potential to be an excellent scheduling app And the great part is they listen, feedback and customer support is immediate and conducive to bettering the application.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The mobile app for IOS leaves a lot to be desired and is missing a lot of the features of the desktop app. I understand the iOS is a much simpler operating platform but I feel some noticeable improvements could be implemented.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps manage and account for employees hours, salaries and chart data over a long period of company time. Ease of use when duplicating work over predictable timelines is simplified greatly.

  ### 20. Great scheduling features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I like the ease of use to create schedules and create consistency. I enjoy the "legacy" version of the software more than some of the new features, but I find the software easy to use and create schedules for my staff.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Some of the features are not intuitive and require help from customer service. We've also had some issues with staff signing in.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping our schedules between locations in one spot and having them be consistent across the system. This also gives us the benefit of our part-timers requesting time off through one area instead of two different ones.

  ### 21. Useful tool overall

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna V. | Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

It's a great interface to navigate on a computer, easy to work on staff profiles and schedules. It's really easy to make changes and look up the history of changes on a shift. It's great that there is a mobile app as well.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

It's difficult to navigate some of the finer details on the phone app- but easy enough to make big changes (like someone calling out) and then put more details in on a computer. Another improvement I would appreciate is the ability to track staff's record of requesting into and out of shifts. There is a way to search this in an event log, but we then export that info to an excel document so we have numeric totals and can compare all our workers.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to figure out who is working when! In a most basic sense, that's what it is for. But it's also handy in that we can quickly look up people's contact info from there, etc.

  ### 22. Great Software; Great People

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The platform is user friendly, intuitive, and helpful. Great customer support too.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Sometimes there are a few glitches, but overall that's not a big deal.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me keep track of where everyone is on a daily basis, and also forecast what work is coming up. I can ensure that my staff have enough work to keep them busy.

  ### 23. Easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

It's easy to use and know what your schedule and availability is in advance. The way ScribeAmerica uses it is especially nice. It's better than previous scheduling apps I've used for sure.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The least helpful thing- oftentimes, tutorials are for the mobile app. It'd be great if there was also an included tutorial for the desktop website, because they are not the same.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company has us input our availabilities on a month to month basis, and it's very much a no brainer with Humanity Scheduling. Especially with how you can repeat over however many weeks.

  ### 24. Humanity is pretty easy to use and makes it easy to keep track of your own schedule.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Humanity's mobile app is an easy way for all employees to view their schedule wherever they are.

  ### 25. Humanity: A Scheduler's Insights

The user interface of TCP Humanity Scheduling is very user-friendly and straightforward. I am able to put in my availability and see my upcoming shifts without hassle.

I find that the overlapping unavailability roadblock can be frustrating and confusing. It may be better to have the conflicting slot pop up so that you can see the conflict and choose to overwrite or skip it.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TCP Humanity Scheduling allows me to keep all of my scheduling and availability in one place without confusion. Employees are able to trade shifts fairly easily as well.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie J. | Executive Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The most helpful part of Humanity is that we can easily schedule our clients and therapists with just a few clicks. It also allows us to copy schedules from week to week and allows the employee to put in their avialibility.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The way that I am able to schedule is different from anyone else on my team. I am able to click in a box and then type a time and then scroll through the position options but no one else is able to do that. When they click to add a shift a whole box pops up and is not as easy.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling! Scheduling initially took me hours and hours using Excel but now that has been decreased thanks to Humanity!

  ### 36. My review on TCP Humanity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lorraine S. | Personal Support Worker, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

It's easy to navigate, and all reminders can be seen immediately on the wall.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

When a notification pop out and you click to check the schedule, you cannot accept it immediately. So it would help if you went back to your dashboard and could get the shift from there.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Last time my shift was deleted in the humanity. I ask some of your support techs to fix it for me. And they directed me to our company since, as per him they are the ones who have access to our schedules. If problems like this will be solve immediately that would be great for users like us since we are sure that there will be no discrepancies with our duty hours.

I liked the way the support helped out during a question on Humanity API usage

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Having multiple API version and UI settings for the same usage is a little cumbersum. As I understand the need of backward compatibility, at some point legacy stuff should be decommissioned and announced accordingly

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized place to store oncall shifts for employees across the group

  ### 38. easy to use and robust

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Easy to create a schedule and view by position or by name of employee. Great to be able to copy and paste shifts and to mark an employee absent if they do not turn up.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Reporting is not very good. It would be great to have some accurate reporting for absences and missed shifts. I would also like to see more filters available with these reports and for some reports to be combined.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it primarily for scheduling the team members of each clinic and it helps to see what position they are assigned to and if there is an open shift that we need to advertise. Also is helpful in regards to seeing hours scheduled.

  ### 39. Perfect Scheduling Software for Smaller Businesses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

TCP Humanity Scheduling is very user-friendly; it is not difficult to understand the software, and they provide you with many different tutorials and videos on how certain features work. It is also visually appealing, as you can colour-code schedules and positions.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

TCP Humanity Scheduling seems more tailored to smaller businesses with fewer employees. It also seems to cater to businesses with a regular schedule. The company I work for has a random schedule and hundreds of employees. Some of the features are more tailored to a small cohort of employees, making doing those same things for hundreds of employees more difficult.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Back before our company used Humanity, before I was in charge of scheduling, the Staffing Managers would create schedules for employees through excel, and would email those schedules to each employee individually. Now that we have Humanity, scheduling is quicker, more efficient, and we no longer need to email each employee. It has saved us tremendous amounts of time, especially since we are seeing a growing number of employees year over year.

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Easy-to-use options and close tabs.
the varieties of option to view the schedule

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I was hope i can add or remove employee but i guess it is company choice not the software as this option was available at some point

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very friendly and easy to read scheduling system which i integrated with the workforce management so PTO reflect right away

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The most helpful part of Humanity scheduling is the ability to use the app; it makes it convenient to edit and review mobile.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Would like to be able to put both availability and unavailability in the scheduling app; not just the unavailability options.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the problem of being able to see available shifts as well as confirm shift availability and unavailability

  ### 42. Overall a good, flexible scheduling tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda N. | Agent Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

It is easy to customize it to give the users as little or as much control as you would like. They can trade shifts, drop shifts, pick up shifts, without any input. Other selection can also be automated as well with parameters set up to limit what timecards are auto-approved (if any) and which ones need to be manually reviewed.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Currently, employees are set completely available and must then set themselves unavailable for times they don't want to be scheduled. This is unlike any other scheduling tool I have ever used. This results in people sometimes forgetting to set themselves unavailable and winding up hours when they cannot work. A better option would be how other systems do it. Let the person open up shifts they would like to be available for. Besides preventing accidental scheduling, it also would be far less work. Opening up 20-50 hours a week is a lot easier than setting yourself unavailable for 120 or so hours a week. Perhaps a toggle to allow a company to do it one way or another would work. Also, being able to overlap unavailability would be great. Currently, you have to delete any current unavailable slots in order to set yourself unavailable "all day".

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to let people choose what shifts they want rather than a set schedule which is our current way of doing things. This is allowing them to pick these and drop and swap them amongst themselves with no involvement needed from management.

  ### 43. Implemented this software and reduced scheduling time by 85%

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The auto-scheduling feature is one of my favorite functions. It's powered by data you enter surrounding skills, availability, and custom fields you're able to create. Before switching to Humanity, our previous tool didn't have a way to assign and track specific skills or qualifications tied to an employee, and required by a shift. Now when we set up our shifts, I can simply click to view who is available based on their availability preferences and whether they match the skill criteria we need (we're using the skills function as a way to track languages, software experience, tool ceritification, etc.) I no longer need to do the manual work of digging through spreadsheets to find someone available–Humanity automatically does it for me.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

One downside is that you can currently only link one skill to a specific position. For example, if I have a shift, I can only choose to indicate that a specific language is required. I can't also say that a second or third skill is required. When talking to our rep, they mentioned that updating this feature is on their roadmap, so I'm excited to hear how Humanity is continuously improving and listening to user feedback.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest problems Humanity has solved is aggregating all scheduling-related data into a single tool, so we've eliminated the need for spreadsheets that are cumbersome to find, most often times not updated, and require a lot of manual time to use. Not only has our scheduling processes improved immensely, but our team members are also happier with schedules that align with their availability, and Humanity is replacing our previous payroll tool/process. Our time tracking data is so accurate now that we've been able to reduce user error and automate several payroll calculations we previously had to tackle manually.

I like how you can see the hours total for two weeks and one weeks worth along with how you can break it up to see your breaks.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I don't see to many down sides to the program.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like how they have made it so that you can offer a specific person your shift

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

user friendly. App has most of the features of the desktop version that you would need at your fingertips.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

It would be nice to limit available shifts to only those you are able to work, that way you don't have to sort through so many to see what works

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

making self scheduling easy

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Visual view gives me a perfect snapshot of each day, in a way no other software I've used does.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

There should be a 4 week long gantt chart view. They should also add the visual view to the new ShiftPlanning.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It lets us crew Melbourne and Sydney independantly, with an app that everybody can use

  ### 47. Easy to use

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The software is easy to use. Visually a great way to see the schedule and break it down by departments. Drag and drop when switching shifts between employees makes things so much easier. I like the ability to customize who you are looking at by skill, department and/or name.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

We have too many available shifts to choose from within some departments. I think that we may not be utilizing these in the correct way. I would like some kind of cheat sheet or online manual that shows you how to use before contacting the help desk/chat for answers and training. We are always answering incoming calls so something to reference without interfering with that would be helpful.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have about 30 employees within four departments, but each department works together. TCP Humanity helps us visually asses how many people we have available and where we can use them. It allows us to play around with the schedule before actually committing to posting it and notifying employees. Very helpful when trying to navigate all the scheduling restrictions we have.

  ### 48. By far the easiest way to organize the puzzle of scheduling employees

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I LOVE Humanity. I have tried a few scheduling programs in the past, but our scheduling is complicated since we don't have set shifts (so people start and end at all different times). Humanity makes it easiest. I like that they have multiple views for the calendar (visual view shows shifts in blocks, so you can see how many people overlap - my favorite. There is also employee view so you can see how many shifts, hours, cost etc per employee. There's another view that I haven't really used but it would be good for those who have set shift times). It's also very professional. Former programs I've used were super glitchy, whereas Humanity is always reliable, AND they have great customer service, available 24/7. The amount of stats, reports, features, is ridiculous (in a good way) yet still very easy to understand. As costs to run our business have increased, I have debated going back to free services to cut out the $100/month I'm spending here, but it's just way too worth what I get from it. I will keep using it as long as I'm in business.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

There's honestly nothing about it that I don't like, except that it's not free, but again, considering HOW much it helps streamline scheduling, payroll, tips, timesheet records, etc...and not having to have a computer for employees to clock in/out, it's beyond worth it.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes scheduling so much easier, I did not need to purchase a computer for employees to clock in/out, and it makes payroll simple. It also makes schedule changes simple, where employees can swap shifts w/others etc.
