  ### 3. Wonderfully Bad

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rileigh L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I appreciate the use of color coding available for the scheduling! Having multiple departments, it's easier to see how everything balances. With the staggered printable view, it's easy to see where gaps are in the schedule so filling work shifts is accessible.

2/1/2024 Edit: Since this review, they have removed the color in scheduling and the printing feature is no longer accessible. It doesn't put the full information/show the name of those scheduled, nor does it allow you to print from the service itself.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I recently had an issue with the most recent update and how it looks on a printable PDF but with the help of a customer service representative, I was able to remedy the problem and use the "Shiftplanning Legacy" tab!

2/1/2024 Edit: I wish they brought back the "Shift Planning" Legacy tab. It was their best edit update and now the printing platform has performed terribly ever since.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem we've noticed was trying to find gaps in our schedules. When you have multiple scheduled, it can be hard to see where people aren't since it's a conglomeration of numbers. With Humanity, it's easy to program the schedule to find these gaps.

2/21/2024 Edit: This has not changed, I would still recommend Humanity for scheduling purposes.

  ### 4. a game changer

Humanity is a rouboust but friendly interface for managers and employees that dramatically improves the efficiency of my company, help all the team to imporve comunication and to react quickly and effectlively

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Scheduling trough humanity is as easy as putting post-its in a white board. But empowered by sharpedge technologies. In real time my colleagues know their following shifts, important infomation about their job and even the can message me back about sometning they need me to know.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It give visibility to the entire company. So with a few clicks I have all the important information that i need from my employees like; Upcoming shifts, Previus shifts, skills, position etc

  ### 5. Great tool for small, middle-sized teams 📊

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Hi, I'm working with Humanity on a daily basis as a planning analyst: I manage workforce planning for 12 countries (between 2 and 26 people each) weekly.

These are the most useful features for me:
- group slots for several people at once,
- availability h with conflict mode when you plan something during these h,
- an opportunity to add a title to slots which makes planning clear for the end user (my team members),
- templates that I'm using on a weekly basis while preparing planning for teams,
- possibility to give scheduler permissions (for employees) to positions that this employee should manage.

Also, a crucial part is analytics and reports. These are important features:
- position summary report with an opportunity to filter out empty shifts (in template planning I use them as notes),
- crib sheet report which helps me to store the planning outside humanity for further analysis,
- vacations and availability h reports that help me to get data about who was off and when.

Last but not least, the customer support of Humanity is always helpful, very kind, and to the point. Whenever I experience any issues, they resolve 100% of my issues. The tech side could be improved (pop-up dialogue and not a new window; fewer emails but rating right after the conversation; etc.). Other than that - great job!

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I would like to emphasize that there are a lot of improvements that Humanity already introduced during this year. It is great to see the tool is becoming more and more user-friendly.

There is still room for improvement and it would be great if these things would be added:
- when vacation is confirmed, I still could add the slots to the planning of the person (and then I have to delete them manually using name/day filters). That would be great if the system the way that if the vacation IS approved, all slots are unassigned automatically (even if added after vacation confirmation),
- Humanity and Google sync happens only once per 24h. If the synchronization is instant, that would make our experience way better,
- a small thing that makes the planning more user-friendly - the possibility to add an emoji to a title (currently, I could do it, but the emoji disappears once the planning is published).

Regarding the analysis:
- we really need the possibility to make a comparative analysis of the planning at the beginning of the week and the planning at the end of the week (comparison of position summary report). Here you can find an example sheet of our need (we shared it during the analytics session w/the product manager): https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1B6QkMdhvFSpUdYuKXo4ZS385PikaV8kNgrn0okzcFHY/edit#gid=207666335 This need is still on-going.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Here are the major benefits:
- we have an overview of all tasks planned (time allocation, distribution). We do keep it clean and transparent for our teams and internal processes,
- we have a baseline for understanding the workload of our team members (position summary reports, crib sheet report); therefore, the possibility to make a further comparative analysis between planning data and forecasted data.

  ### 6. Scheduling Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly F. | Human Resources Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I love the versitality of TCP Humaity Scheduling, the many fuctions it offers and the support is top notch. I love that I can color code different departments to make it more appealing and easier to find a department scheduling needs. Humanity also puts open available shifts at the top so you can see where your holes are in scheduling. The fact that it calculates the time and adjust to daylight savings time with the hours makes payroll so much easier. The reports you can run help a lot, especailly the reports for attendance and late summary.
The support is top notch, if I have a question on how to do something they answer and help in a timely manner and also put in suggestions if they don't have that capability yet.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The downside for me and my company is the fact that the app is different depending on the phone you have. The app on the apple phone will let you leave a note while the app on the samsung/google phone will not let you leave a note and the accuracy of the map/clock in locations is different with each platform of the app.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to see where we have holes in our scheduling that needs to be filled. As it puts the open shifts front and center, so we do not have to go about sorting through the whole entire day of scheduling. I love the flexibility that workers can realease their shift and it goes out to all who are eligible to work that shift/department.

  ### 7. Quick, convinient and user Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I like the app as it makes life a whole lot easier, especially when you quickly need to double-check your shift.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

the notification option on the app can be a little irritating because there are times when it will automatically reset that specific option and I sometimes forget to turn on the notification setting again on the app

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it helps and allows me to keep track of when my next shit will start. it also helps me on my off days if I decide to apply for annual leave

  ### 8. Ease of service

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie T. | Legal Scheduling, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The easy platform and do it yourself feel to the program allows for all age brackets to use

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The redundancy of questioning is a little off putting

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me schedule and manage time sheets and project timelines

  ### 9. It has made our scheduling process much more efficient

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The auto-scheduling was our biggest draw to Humanity. We tried a few different solutions that either limited the number of shifts that could be automated at once, or were not robust enough to process our complex schedules. Humanity's automation handled all of our shifts (nearly 3000 per week) much better than the others. It was also easy to learn how to operate the software as most of the user interface is very intuitive. Particularly the filtering processes and different views you can use to examine the schedule in different ways. This also allowed for easy adoption for many of our employees and volunteers that needed to view the schedule in the app. Also, they have a chat system that can give you very quick customer service for questions that are not overly complex. This allows relatively simple problems to be solved very quickly. The system has a lot of features that can be manipulated in ways not explicitly intended that helped us implement it for our needs. That flexibility and customization was key for us.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

While the customer service is very quick and responsive for simple questions, it can be a bit lacking when the questions get more complex. Our "contact person" in the company, who we are meant to reach out to for problems that could not be solved by the live chat function, has changed at least once and we were not notified for quite some time. Additionally, we were told to put in feature requests on a community website, but were not able to do so. When we asked about this we were told to email a list of them to our new contact person instead. It seems that they need to improve communication in their organization to avoid this sort of confusion in the future. The system also has the tendency to glitch at random times. They are usually not devastating glitches, as there is almost always a workaround but they are definitely frustrating and result in some lost time. For instance, the total weekly hours for employees will randomly disappear in shiftplanning. This can usually be fixed by reloading the page, but it disrupts your workflow. A more damaging example is when disabling employees interfered with the schedule template function. I tried to paste a previous schedule that had disabled employees in it and the shifts they were assigned to did not paste, so I had to manually remove them from those shifts to get the schedule to properly paste. Granted, bugs are a normal part of software development, and they are generally good about providing regular maintenance updates. However, it would not be an honest review without mentioning these issues as they are unfortunate parts of an otherwise good experience.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For approximately 4 months of the year, we have to schedule 4000 shifts each week. Our needs our quite particular as we do what is called micro scheduling, so our employees and volunteers work many different, smaller shifts throughout the day rather than standard 8-hour shift scheduling. This means we have a smaller amount of employees in the system than one would otherwise expect for that number of shifts, and the number of moving parts in the schedule is quite difficutlt to manage. We did not have scheduling automation in the past, which made this task quite arduous. Humanity's robust automation has saved us a tremendous amount of time that we used to spend on assigning to employees to shifts. Now we just manage our shift templates, skill qualifications for certain shifts, and weekly hour limits for our employees and the automation creates most of the schedule. As the primary scheduler, this has given me much more time to work on other projects within the organization. The fact that the schedule is fully shared and digital now is excellent for live updates. I no longer have to inform the entire organization of last-minute schedule changes during the week or reprint schedules. I can just tell them to refer to the desktop or smartphone app. I did not realize how much time I previously wasted doing that.

  ### 10. Amazing service and quality products

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Museums and Institutions | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Having the ability to have all of the tools on any web enabled device is key for an organization like ours. With so many moving parts, its great to have it all there.

The applications are simple, easy to use and very well laid out. You don't have to go digging through menus and various different areas to find what you need.

The customer support is out of this world- they always answer quickly and I've never waited more than a couple of hours for a resolution. They have such helpful technicians to walk you through more difficult setup.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I've submitted a couple of enhancement requests that I would like to see, but its not a dislike more like room for improvement.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly the quick communication to staff and reminders are huge. We used to manually send reminder emails and that is no more.

We are not emailing back and forth with staff about open shifts- they pick it up right from the app.

  ### 11. Easy, Streamlined, Intuitive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I find the flexibility of both desktop and app to be very helpful when updating schedules while I am away from my desk. The app UI is generally easy to use, although the desktop/website version is where the program really shines with a variety of filters and view options. After a learning curve, the program is more robust and helpful than I first expected. I had a question and the customer support was prompt and friendly. I use this program daily while scheduling for a catering service and the flexibility to move and reassign multiple aspects of each shift is easy to master. I appreciate the integration between the app and the program

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I don't like that it is easy to pick up a shift by accident in the app, while trying to manage it instead. I also wish the employee's total scheduled hours would show up when checking the weekly availability.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanity takes the spreadsheet aspect into a dynamic and approachable version that lets me move things around without guesswork. I also appreciate it tracks time off and unavailability, but also allows overrides and blackout dates.

  ### 12. So far so good

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I like the mobile app, mobile clockin/out, leave request is easy, time sheet approval is easy. Customer support is helpful.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

That you can't edit leave requests. That the time off bank for each employee is in days and not hours, because we have hourly employees.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easy to use and has allowed us to get rid of our traditional time clock. The staff loves all of the mobile features.

  ### 13. Great program - High Price Point

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

This program is easy for us and our staff to use. I like the way the program will break out daily and weekly overtime so I can export to my payroll company. It does exactly what we need it to do. We use staff clock-in/out, pickup shifts feature, staff scheduling, we use some reports and verify clock-in/out times. There are many features more features on this program however we don't use them.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The price of this program is really expensive for what it is. We are Canadian so converting from USD to CAN is a killer. I think other programs probably have the features we need but for better value. The help support has also declined in recent years. Lately, the base level of the help staff is so low that it's not all that useful.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have too many staff to verify who worked when, so using the clock in and out feature is very helpful for us. We can see who actually showed up vs who was scheduled and adjust shifts accordingly.

  ### 14. Gets the job done

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alejandro S. | Quality Specilaist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

It is easy to set up schedules, and to have agents signing in for the day. I like it has the option to manage views, to correct data and to keep record of the days off.
It is a very simple tool for agents to log in and use in a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I understand probably the focus of this system is not customer service operative teams, but I lack the conectivity within Zendesk (or any other ticketing system), for the agent adherence to be monitored autimatically.
Additionally, it would be easier for agents to follow their schedules if there were reminders popping up on their browser for breaks and role changes.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Humanity to let agents know of their assigned schedules, and to track connection. We are able to easily assign, change and publish schedules, and agents have an easy-to-use interface to clock in and out.

  ### 15. Recommend

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LaMonica H. | Payroll Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

the organization is great for my compnay

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Takes a little while to learn how to use

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing schedules can be long and tideous without it.

  ### 16. happy with our scheduling, easy to use!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Layne W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Once you get the hang of where everything lives, everything is fairly easy to use! Some things are hidden in odd places but for the most part its obvious where to go/how to navigate! Employees are always helpful when I have needed support.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Downside is some things being hard to find, having to download a seperate app for clocking in (humanity stations), app not being very admin friendly.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easier to track employee hours, clock in for events is smoother on the app and employee contact info all in the same place.

  ### 17. Humanity Time Clock and Scheduling

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

It is customizable, different colors can be assigned to different positions, this can give the Managers nice visual cues to make sure they have all shift and positions covered.
Remote access to the schedule for employees, vacation requests, and more all through the app.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Setting up Time Clock Terminals on phones/tablets is a little clunky, but it is worth it for what we use it for.
Sometimes editing an existing time sheet is a little weird, but I can easily get around it.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accurate hours being logged, no rounding up or down, that adds up with a couple hundred people! Less paperwork means less chance for human error, plus it exports into a format compatible with our payroll system.
We can also run reports to see if people are sticking to the schedules, coming in late, etc.

  ### 18. Humanity is easy to navigate, and it lets you know right away if you made an error

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shelaina R. | Collections Tech II, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I love that I can change the color for each location, and that i can repeat the schedule so I don't have to keep doing it over and over.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I don't like that they are taking the legacy schedule away.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everyone knows where they should be and what time they should be there.

  ### 19. Very easy to use as a user

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Very ease to use and easily understanble, navigation from one step to other is good. Summary generated is very accurate

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Sometimes, Multiple usage is deifficult and time to reload is taking longer creating a waiting line

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accurate management of Clocking in and out of the work hours, Summary reports are perfect

  ### 20. Easy to manage team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Humanity is an easy software to learn. I like that it can be used for multiple locations and inculde different position. I also like that it can keeo track of employees clock in / breaks and clock out.

I recently learn that task can be attached to specific position. I am lookinf forward in using this with your team.

Customer service is excellent and easy to contact 24/7 ( considering we also work in a 24/7 environement).

Humanity is a software I use on a daily basis and it is quick to lear how it works and adapt it to our team.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

You cannot be part of two different Teams!

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hoping to add an undo button when modification are done to an already published schedule.
Helping us plan our team schedule, easy to view everything together

  ### 21. My user experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clyde A. | Logistics Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Ease of use, mobile app & customer support.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Lack of integration with payroll system.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to humanity, scheduling was paper process and very, very time consuming. The advantages of humanity:
Reduces the time it takes to create and publish schedules.
Use of the mobile app to convey schedule changes, as well as submit time off requests.
Changes in schedule are made realtime and can be published to 1 or all associates.
Scalability. Easy to bring on new users.

  ### 22. Great product and customer service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shaun C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Humanity is a great scheduling platform which helps me schedule all my employees shifts. It's very user friendly and all employees use the app on their phones and are notified of any scheduled shifts or available shifts.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Nothing! I have had a few questions here and there and have reached out to customer support. They are always friendly and willing to help me out.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of communicating to all of my employees instead of contacting them each individually. I am able to schedule crews well in advance.

  ### 23. Humanity input

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaci W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I can look at it at any time from personal devices. I also receive messages that tell me when changes have been made.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I can't see a history of the changes made to my schedule. My management team doesn't seem to know how to effectively use the tool; I still see employees who have left the company in the schedule. It would be good to be able to establish a company calendar for days off, the way the system is being used now, they schedule company days off as an event so it looks like a scheduled day in my schedule. I have to look at detail to see what it says to know it isn't a work event

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to see schedules remotely, and at will. Notifications to user when the schedule is updated/altered.

  ### 24. Great way to track my shifts!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Loabilwe M. | Customer Experience Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Humanity helps me track, and manage shifts. Its also great because you get reminders from the app regarding any upcoming shifts!

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I honestly cannot fault the app. Its agreat and it works for me.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves a lot of problems, our team is always on the same page about who is working which shift. You can also apply for overtime, as well as export my payroll which is great.

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

TCP Humanity provide a great timetable and shift scheduler that is flexible and let the workers the option to reject or accept the schedule. They also can make amendment on the schedule and the manager can choose to approve or denied the changes.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Integration with HRIS software is limited and only certain features can be import and export between the two application. I have no other issues with this software for now.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prevent inaccuracy with schedule and give flexibility to access to the platform by mobile application. Track worker hours and absent management.

  ### 26. Happy user of TCP Humanity Scheduling

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Love the easinest to auto-fill and auto-schedule management that create worker schedule by uing AI to predict and forecast how many staff that we would need based on the demand analysis. It reduce human workforce time by trying to anlyzed the data manually and to build the schedule from the scratch.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Integration option is the biggest issues since not many integration option is available to connect with HRIS software. Need to manually import and export data between the two software.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitor and manage worker clock-in and clock-out time management. Scheduler automation.

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

TCP Humanity Scheduling makes it easy to see at a glance who on your team is working and in what capacity. The ability to assign multiple roles to one person then assign these on a shift by shift basis brings clarity to a complicated rotational schedule that all parties are able to view and understand.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Adding an employees leave can be a bit of a slow process in that you need to click into another area to do this. Our company uses another software for payroll and leave requests so creating leave in TCP Humanity Scheduling is purely about blocking out an employees unavailable dates in the roster, therefore being able to do this from the scheduling tab would be much quicker.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love having the ability to work on a schedule without employees seeing it while it's still in the draft stage. This feature saves me a lot of time responding to staff queries or complaints about the days they're working while the schedule is still being worked on.

  ### 30. Powerful and easy to use , lacks some features and can be buggy

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

It is easy and intuitive to use , the design of the app is great. It has the core features I am looking for in a scheduling app. I use it every day to publish my team's shifts, so I use it very frequently. Customer support is fast and willing to help. Because it is a cloud service it is easy to implement. I don't work with the integration but I am assuming it is simple.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

It can be buggy at times, specially the UI. The templates break at times. It lacks important features such as an easier way to add/delete shifts from the app itself, some sort of automation for it. Support is fast but sometimes don't provide accurate answers.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to provide visibility and access to the team's shift, not only to them but to other teams that need the info.

  ### 31. Scheduling made easy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Becky M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

It is so adaptable to many different companies. It does not take much training because the software is so easy to use.
Scheduling takes very little time to do! I use this software every day as well as our employees. All wrinkles are easily solved.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I don't like having to change the times on the templates but I think I learned how to do that today after the webinar.
Customer support is very helpful as well.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the click of a button all employees have their schedule. It sends a notification when it is sent and also when there are changes to the schedule that affect employees.

  ### 32. Not bad once you figure out work-arounds for your needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I like that you can schedule batches of people at once and that there is a way for the people to acknowledge a shift. The reminders are helpful for our use and also the database of an individual's date is helpful.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I do not like a lot of the changes made in the past year, so I use the legacy shift planning scheduler. I wish that our users could acknowledge a set of shifts in a batch successfully. If they select "acknowledge all" oftentimes only the first of the multiple shifts are acknowledged.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Booking our workers for their shifts is pretty easy with this scheduler. Also, we do not need to send reminders about shifts that we have scheduled them for weeks in advance because as long as the notifications are working (they usually do) they are reminded multiple times, which is helpful. People don't miss shifts.

  ### 33. Best Features Being Removed

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I like the level of control and nuance that Humanity provides. I initially loved this program as I believed that it resolved many of the issues I had with other scheduling software like Hot Schedules and Work day which I have also used extensively. I will say that the new platform is appealing to look at but my high opinion of it stops there.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

In the migration to the New shift planning the features that are being removed are the features which were the biggest time savers and truly set this apart from other scheduling sotware like Hot Schedules. At this point with the daily bugs I dread opening this application every day. And each day, I get to find out what has changed for the worse, or what simply isn't functioning as intended today, the most recent bug was all the shifts appeared chronologically on when they were added, not chronologically in actual time. It was as if a random number generator placed the shifts on the day. I can appreciate rolling out a new piece of software is difficult, but the original intention was to leave the old platform unalterd until the bugs were worked out of the new user interface. Instead periodic changes are being made to the old interface to try and gradually merge the two platforms. The result of this is now there are two pieces of software not functioning as intended. The old platform was far from perfect and I was initially very excited about a change but the results have fallen far short of expectations. The new interface is ridiculously slow, clunky to navigate, adds at lease three clicks to operations which used to take 1 click or simply the stroke of the enter key. Features and functions which are needed to make the software usable have yet to be introduced into the new shift planning and each day I become more and more concerned that these features will never be migrated over. One of these is the ability to choose specific elements to save or not save when updating repeating shifts. Because these updates are now an all or nothing situation we are constantly deleting shifts to make a new one or doing 2+ edits so we can save the elements we need to without impacting the rest of the shift. The unintended consequence of this issue and others is we frequently have erroneous shift notes or staffing. If the new shift planning functioned half as well as the old version rather than just "looking better" (visually it's amazing) I wouldn't have these issues but I use this program at least 10 hours out of my week and it just keeps getting worse. I do have hopes that the final version will actually include all the features which we have been told multiple times will be included, but have not been added yet. If the final version does make all the updates with features required to efficiently do my job I will be thrilled. But so far based on how it is going I do not have faith that the new program will truly meet our needs in it's new version, simply that I will adapt to working around it and that the functionality itself will add 3-5 hours to my work week which is what the new program adds in just click time and overly complicated interfaces for what used to be very simple actions.

Also as an aside form a technical programming standpoint this application included 12am twice on each day causing frequent bug issues with how the application treats a "day" as each "day" also includes the following "day" from a programming standpoint. This is a sloppy coding error which causes numerous and easily aviodable bugs. For example if I paste a schedule into 12/4-12/10 it will also include shifts on 12/11 because 12am on 12/11 also occurs on 12/10 so these wind up being linked. This is an incredilby basic coding error which has been reported numerous times and there seems to be no move to fix this fundamental flaw, which is just one of many.

At this point the negatives to the 'facelift' have dramatically outweighed the positives and I find myself wondering each day if it is worth continuing to use a tool which cannot reliably function on a daily basis.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to create a schedule and track time clocks. At this juncture I would not say it is solving anything, it simply fullfills a basic need. There are many issues it has the potential to solve, however, it does not function as intended in these areas.

  ### 34. Losing Awesomeness

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I love the support team. They are quick, helpful, kind, and truly knowledgeable about Humanity. So far, they have helped me with every question. They walk me through the answer and make sure I have the link to any relevant articles to assist me in the future.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The permissions for creating remote sites do not work for my company. We have stopped using that tool when scheduling because we have schedulers who are not managers which would need to create new remote locations, and that is not an option.
Also, it would be helpful for my organization to have the ability to change schedule colors by employee and not just position. It would be easier to distinguish between employees in departments with multiple employees in the same job function.
In addition to that, there is a bug which has now existed for weeks which even when it is resolved, will not resolve the pain point of:
Changes to the way dispatches are created and displayed without notification or the ability to turn off new features.
The new quick shift option was applied to my account without my knowledge of what it was or how to turn it off.
The new "tool-tip" feature has no option to turn it off and only gets in my way.

My company has been thinking of replacing Humanity for a while now, and I have been against it, until these recent, frustrating, and time consuming changes/issues happened.

It is fairly easy to implement.
It used to be easier to use.
I use it every day, multiple times a day to coordinate dispatches.
Ease of Integration - non existent.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping our commitments to our customers is one of our principles. We are better able to do so due to the organization provided in Humanity Scheduling. It is a great way to avoid over-scheduling or double booking someone's time.

  ### 35. Easy to use and helpful when you need it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Libraries | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I like how easy it is to schedule shifts, how responsive and helpful the support team is, and the mobile app that makes it simple for our employees to see when they have a shift. I use it constantly. I like the customizability for use in multiple departments.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The pricing is a little steep. Also, I don't like how long it took to get some of the features back in New Shift Planning that were already implemented in old shift planning. I wish we could turn of features that we're not using, such as the payroll feature, and would like to be able to have a shift repeat in perpetuity rather than only until a certain date. These are minor issues though overall.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is making it easy for people to tell where they and others are supposed to be and when, which helps us work more efficiently. It also makes the schedule shorter to make which saves me time to work on other things.

  ### 36. Best customer service and friendly interface for scheduling

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Very user friendly. I also had a question about a view I was trying to switch to and emailed customer service. They got back to me within an hour and were very helpful, sending me a screenshot of what I needed to do.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Sometimes the app sends me too many notifications on my cell phone.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to see the schedule at a Birds Eye view.

  ### 37. Humanity Scheduling App

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Law Enforcement | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

TCP humanity Scheduling allows me to create schedule templates quickly. Employees are able to view the schedules and submit the dates/times they're able to work. It increases my efficiency and saves me time. Customer support has been very good. I use the app daily to update schedules when employees need to cancel shifts at the last minute.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I prefer the Legacy version over the updated one.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to do schedules by hand after receiving dozens of emails from individual employees. Humanity's digital version centralizes all my employee's availability and makes it easy to assign shifts to them.

  ### 38. Easy to use and our employees love it!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

It allows all of our department managers to access and post schedules in a shared location. Both the employees and managers can see schedules at anytime and find replacements for shifts quickly.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

I wish there were more options for break scheduling.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All of our managers had their own spreadsheets for schedules that were then posted in the break room. Now, all of the schedules are in one place and employees can see them as soon as they are posted. Employees don't forget to check their schedules because they can do it right from their phone.

  ### 39. Almost as interesting as the species

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chukwudi I. | Webmaster, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

"TCP Humanity Schedulingm" which is also almost always just called Humanity, is a software that almost any user can grasp the absolute basics of fairly quickly. It is not hard to clock in and out or look through the shift schedule. When I did use it the first time, I needed pretty much no training for the basics.

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

There are a lot of dual menus and confusing labeling when you try and do anything but the basics so it is a UI that can be improved, in part by removing or hiding old menus with a duplicative function or confusing name that looks like a name for a completely different feature. While it's fine after you get to know it, making the names make some sense would be helpful. It is also annoying that it forces a note when you have already labeled an entire shift.

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me track my hours in a really simple fashion without having to use paper, manually upload it ot various systems or do other complicated and unecessary administrative tasks.

  ### 40. I've been using Humanity for almost 10 years, and couldn't be happier with it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle H. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

Humanity is very user friendly! It makes scheduling, communication, and tracking very easy for an ever-changing staff. It also provides a clock-in/out feature, which allows me to track employees when I'm not in the building. The app is very helpful for remote supervision, as well!

**What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?**

The only part of Humanity that I don't love is the availability piece. I think it is a little bit confusing, and it has presented issues in the past. I no longer use it, and just keep a record of my employee's availability (we have a small staff of 10, so it isn't a big deal).

**What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TCP Humanity Scheduling allows me to schedule and keep track of time. We use it in a university setting, where our HR system does not offer a scheduling component. Humanity has been an affordable and easy way for me to track schedules and hours, which are then cross checked to our HR system when employees submit their timesheets for payroll.
