The new product is web-based as before and allows a small business to get up and running quickly. **What do you dislike about TaxSlayer Books?** TaxSlayer Books has discontinued their Banking connection (March 30) thus making account reconcilations difficult to process in a timely manner. Certain parts of the dashboards look to be dated also. **What problems is TaxSlayer Books solving and how is that benefiting you?** TSB allows our team to process payroll, product invoices for clients, keep track of accounts payables and produce the financial reposrts we need to operate a small business. ### 3. First, if you are not knowledgeable enough in this field, you might need additional help, which will cost you more. Second, the interface feels a bit clunky sometimes. Also, navigating the software might take you a bit more time to get your work done. So having to put the same number in over and over in a report might drive you a bit crazy. **Recommendations to others considering TaxSlayer Books:** Perfect for a smaller business, easy to track payroll, manage and track expenses, and bill and invoice.
