What do you like best about TaxCloud?

Pricing is much more affordable than our previous provider (Avalara), and the overage policy on their subscription tiers is significantly more "friendly."

The support team is US based and integration was straightforward with their WooCommerce plugin.

I really appreciate how easy it is to access TaxCloud's customer service, with real Americans handling phone calls and emails. Their support is quick to respond, giving me the assurance that my account is managed directly by a qualified person. I also found their onboarding software very easy to navigate. What do you like best about TaxCloud?

We have been with Avalara for many years and the cost continued to go up at astronomical rates and the service was mediocre at best. I shopped several other options and decided on Tax Cloud. The swap was seamless, onboarding a breeze, and customer support is unmatched. 8 months in and and happy we made the move. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only negative was our pricing was lowballed and we have had to increase our plan multiple times even though I provided all necessary information/order count etc for our initial quote. Still much less than Avalara! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TaxCloud?

The TaxCloud team was very pleasant to work with. Implementation went smooth with our payment processor Stripe, and WooCommerce. We chose tax cloud because while we handle our only state nexus in house, we have been worrying about keeping track of nexus in other states as we grow with our 3 entities. TaxCloud seemed to be the best option for the price and so far it's been great to get it setup for 2025. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TaxCloud?

All sales tax products seem to be very expensive. Even with TaxCloud our owners were concerned about the price. However, through enrolling mulitple entities we did receive a better deal. What do you like best about TaxCloud?

We've used several sales tax compliance services, but none come close to the reliability and affordability of TaxCloud. Their integrations with our software are very quick and straight forward to set up, and their service is far cheaper than other options we've tried (by several orders of magnitude in some cases). TaxCloud has been a game-changer for managing multi-state tax compliance efficiently and cost-effectively. We have a collection of over 70 stores, and nexus in 31 states, so trying to manage compliance ourselves was an absolute nightmare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
