**What do you like best about tawk.to?**

The best thing about tawkto is that is has an interactive interface, it has not features like automated responses with Knowledge base setup and some AI too. Although the ring of tawkto is quite loud but I believe it is set that way to alert the person of an incoming chat.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

I have been facing issues with tawkto around cache. It has been not loading properly for a while and it tends to get slow in a while. Not sure it is on my end or it is with everyone. Also the UI needs to be updated to look and feel a little modern now. there has not been any UI change in a long time.

**What problems is tawk.to solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of creating a CTA source to leads to reach out to us on our website.

It would be helpful to see the exact entry page or link a visitor used to land on the website. Also, the AI agent could be more powerful if it could learn from external documentation or knowledge bases.

What I like most about Tawk.to is how easy it is to use and how quickly it can be set up. As a user, I didn’t need much training before I could start handling chats confidently. The interface is straightforward, and managing multiple customer conversations at the same time feels smooth and well organized. I also appreciate that it’s a free tool while still offering solid features such as chat history, visitor monitoring, and basic reporting. While Tawk.to works well for basic live chat needs, it does come with a few limitations. tawk.to is  completely free, easy to use for beginner also and the features like real time monitoring, customization options, multiple agents options, in the Add-ons have special feature AI Assistant, hire live Agents, Virtual Assistant service and more.

Page views option, I think the give wrong information because I use Google analytics and in the Google analytics Page views report are to much different.

Problem is in notification option because I use takw.to in multiple site and I install tawk.to in mobile and I need to stop notification from my IP address, there is no potion to block the IP address, because I am the developer and I visit my site to many time and they give notification so I think tawk.to provide IP Address blocking option also. In this time I am create custom tawk.to script to block the notification form my IP address but if tawk.to provide itself so every one using this feature.

**What do you like best about tawk.to?**

I like that tawk.to is very easy to use and doesn't feel complicated. The real-time chat feature is really helpful for talking with website visitors, and it has a clean dashboard which makes managing chats easier. The real-time chat helps us connect with website visitors instantly, making support much faster. The dashboard also keeps all chats in one place, so it's easier for teams to manage conversations. The initial setup was quite easy and didn't take much time. We just added the chat widget code to the website, and it started working.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

Overall it works well but sometimes the dashboard feels a little cluttered when many chats are active, and some settings are not very easy to find in the menu. One thing that could be improved is the mobile app because sometimes it feels a bit slow. Also, notifications could be more consistent at times.

It is super easy to use and setup, along with having many features most of them being free.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

I have had minimal issues with Tawk.to, probably the only things I would address is that you need to upload the knowledge base articles one at a time which is time consuming and the fact that the chat widgets stands in front of Wix pages making some links unclickable if they are behind.

Tawk.to is currently my main source of selfhelp for customers.

I have been using the tawk.to window chat app to communicate with visitors to learn what their needs are for the services that we offer. It is helpful because if the user wants a quote, they can immediately chat with the representative directly instead of navigating through the site to contact someone.

I really can't think of anything that I dislike but software can always be enhanced.

As mentioned before, it is effective in that the user would not have to scroll/navigate through the whole site in order to ask questions or get a quote on a job.

Tawk.to is the best free live chat software I have used. We use it for my company website's live chat support and I am extremely happy after using it. It comes with a great customisation option and the implementation process is also very much easy. Now we can easily track the live visitors in our website and communicate with them in real-time. Through its user-friendly interface it helps us to provide a good customer support to our clients , they are easily able to create ticket and ask their small small doubts.

I have noticed the sound notification has some issues as it doesn't always emit the arrival of new customers. Many times when the connection is low or many tabs are opening I found this issue.

Else nothing to dislike much about it.

Tawk.to is helping a lot in our website live chat. We can easily track our website live visitors through it. Our clients also giving good feedback after using it regarding the customer support. I like how intuitive tawk.to is. We have integrated this tool into our website and wanted to help customers touch base in case of urgent need and tawk.to works really well for us. 

Right now we are able to help our customer via chat anytime. And we also were able to create some auto-replies.

Currently, I think I do not have anything I would dislike.

The UX is better than the competition and made me test the service.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

Despite marketing itself as a free service, I quickly discovered that the reality is far from the promise.

First and foremost, the claim of being a "free" service is misleading. While they do offer a basic version for free, it's essentially a bait-and-switch tactic.

Customization options are limited, and the design options for the chat widget are quite basic.

The ticketing system only works with their knowledge base website and there is no option to import the data from your old knowledge base.

One of the most disappointing aspects of my experience with Tawk.to was their inflexible and seemingly unfair refund policy. After realizing that the service did not meet my expectations, I decided to cut my losses and requested a refund on the very same day of purchase.

To my dismay, Tawk.to outright refused any refund, leaving me stuck with a service that failed to deliver on its promises.

It is user-friendliness and cost-effective. 
The easy setup, customization options, and the fact that it offers a robust free plan make it accessible to businesses of all sizes. 
It's like having a 24/7 support team without a lot investment. 
The ability to engage with customers in real-time and gain valuable insights about website visitors is truly invaluable. 
Before tawk.to I used to thought that it would be very expensive so I never researched about it but my hosting company suggested me to try once & twak.to is awesome. 
My favourite is Automation Bot in free plan.
I have integrated it with my Web Hosting providing website (Host Harbor). 
I am using it everyday, Since when I started to use it I can now track visitors activity & then priotize which page needs more attention.

I don't have any complaints with tawk.to & it is excellent. But I noticed some crashing issues in android app (not sure if its only me or not), but works excellent in pc. 

I will highly recommend you to go for it.

There are some bugs in android app but I get frequent updated so its okay. Otherwise I didn't notice anything I am using it since 2-3 months

**What do you like best about tawk.to?**

Tawks notification sound cannot be missed. When using multiple services it gets a little complicated to sort through each window. With tawk it is easy to find with the pop up windows with incoming calls.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

The notification sound goes on and on even when ignored on purpose while in meetings, and it can be quite deafening. I do just mute the sound now but in meetings it is difficult to do so. while needing to hear other parties.

It is easily accessible for all reservationists and allows for them to act quickly with chats- tracks their time and see the outcomes and flows of customers.

We have installed Tawk Chats on our multiple websites and offer our clients easy chat access to get in touch with us anytime. The Chat Widget can be integrated with multiple websites allowing our customers and prospective clients to get in touch with us

The notification alert settings are simple to set up but they do not work for some time, which causes us to miss the chat. However, we have worked around this issue by sending us an email for any missed chat

We are a software product company and we have multiple websites but a common support team. Tawk helps us to receive chats from all sources in one common dashboard thus making it easy for me and my team to be able to respond to all queries. We can also set up response shortcuts which we can access with a shortcut key thus saving us time and to reply to the waiting customer fast.

One of the easy to integrate applications/software that I have seen and it allows a lot of customization plans which can help in making your website user friendly where there would be many users who might come and not understand what they want but with their AI one can understand the whole journey and can be guided to the specific screen, page or any of the other places. It also has one of the market place where you can connect with other services and their chat bot

Its costing and other services are chargeable where you cant do any activity without paying also the customer support charges are very high where its per hour is very very high. The alertness needs to be there cause it logs our after a while when there are no queries running. The dashboard seems a bit complicated

we have a website but it didnt had any journey mapped or an AI chatbot to understand user queries, but after its implementation we can not understand user queries and can form respectively answers or guide users to the specific journey

The best about tawk.to is totally free. We can do live chats with clients imeediately after he made an enquiry with our website. tawk.to Virtual assistant support guides clients at maximum level, captures all the clients requirements, and then connecting with the chat agents.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

It is not fair to comment any negatives on the services which benefitting many corportaes at zero cost. Little improvisation requires on User interface for better function.

With the help of tawk.to we can able to understand the customers requirement, tawk.to provides a platform for the clients to express their want easily with the system. Live agents communication with the clients are recorded and pinned in the CRM for future refernce.

Their customer support representatives are not only bad, they can and will damage your business. Not only do they provide false information, they do it consistently to the point you are better off using an AI agent. Even after we terminated service with them they still refused to give us a refund despite us attempting to cancel a week in after discovering how poor their tool was.

They are not solving any problems for us. We removed their widget and moved over to Intercom.

Tawk.to is super easy to use and understand. It is very customizable to fit a variety of needs and is easy to set up. I love the quick use of macro's when talking to customers and how easy it is to add, edit or update them.

The chime scared the crap out of me each time it goes off. It's good to know I have a new customer to talk to but it would be nice if the alert was a bit more mellow.

We used it to help connect to customers visiting out site. We found that the faster a customer question could get answered the more likely they were to buy our product. We did stop using the service, as our team is just too small after a recent downsizing for us to be effective at meeting customer needs, but as we have started growing again, I could see us starting to use it again. We just need more agents available to answer questions.

Tawk is amazing, it is the best free live chat solution for any business. I have been using it for over 6 months now, and I couldn't be happier. It is packed with features and integrates with many big eccomerce apps.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

The only thing I dislike is the emails. I only have one live chat agent and myself that replies to requests; whenever we miss a request, I recieve two emails, it isn't the end of the world but it's a pain. Going through the settings, you can't change it either. The customer service team is also okay; it's definitely not the best. All the things they say are just copy and pasted from a script they have.

Tawk is offering a free live chat service to smaller businesses like ours, it is free, has unlimited seats, and no features are locked behind paywalls. Our small business can't afford to spend $100 USD+ every month on a live chat service, and talk does everything plus more for free.

Can experience some glitches with chats going missed stating that all users are offline while you are in fact online, but this occurs seldom. Sometimes there is a delay with these notices being sent to your inbox as well.

Tawk.to has lots, and I mean lots, of amazing features, most of which are free. For companies with multiple chat agents, you can transfer chats to other agents, which is a feature I like. You can also see the page of your website that the user is on so you can look at the same page while engaging with them. There are a lot of automated options too.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

It was hard to adopt the chat platform with my colleague because he thought that it was overwhelming at first. It took a while to get a hang of, but they offer great support and tutorials in addition to their knowledge base.

This can help our company look bigger than we are by creating aliases. It allows us another avenue to talk to customers and win their business. A lot of times, customers that are just browsing, are not willing to call or email so this is a good alternative to losing them all together.

Tawk.to is very good software itself, the ability to have a live chat and help center all in one site is very appealing and the knowledge center function is very easy to use. I especially love the ability to create tickets or have users create tickets themselves. It really streamlines our help center process. The ability to interact with users that are currently on the site is nice to have as well.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

The ability to use custom domains for $18 a month is a pretty steep price just for the ability to remove branding from a knowledge center. I believe $5 or maybe even $8.99 a month to link a domain should be a thing. I wish the live chat would tell us if they are using a VPN or Proxy, that would be a useful feature to have. Overall great software but there is more that could be present.

I haven't faced any issues, the UI is a little confusing for first-time users but it is really quick to learn. Tawk.to has increased our productivity and performance by allowing us to limit the number of emails we get from users and being able to help them in real-time without a phone call. I also see that you can hire live chat reps which is a nice benefit as well.

I know Tawk Chat very well since my first job. It appeared to be very helpful to communicate with online visitors and automate some of that communication. No I often use Tawk on my personal landing pages. For example if there is a vacancy on our website, I ask to add Tawk code on that page so I can reply to candidates immediately.

**What do you dislike about tawk.to?**

The best way to use Tawk is on the desktop. The mobile app is good, but I would prefer more "aggressive" notifications options, so I do not miss out on any of the messages. And believe me, I often miss them.

Tawk.to is the code for online chat installed on some of the projects websites I work with. With a mobile app on my phone I can reply instantly to visitors. A good option for everyone. If I cannot reply, I just forward the visitor to another free agent.

It is unfair to complain about something you get as a freemium. If you use Tawk long enough to learn all of its features, there is nothing to complain. If they add a feature to integrate Tawk with some other messengers - that would be fantastic.

tawk.to is the best solution for chatting on your website totally free! Of course, there are additional packages that can be purchased separately and that add functionality to the basic chat. For example, you can hire a person for 1 $ / hour to answer chat requests for you, or you can delete the tawk.to brand. I consider it excellent especially for nonprofits who may not be able to afford to spend a lot of money in a year for a paid service.

However, this service has a lack, it does not have a service that allows the configuration of a chatbot. Especially in recent times, chatbots are depopulating and the lack is being felt. Obviously, however, it is not an essential service, and therefore we can do without it, but if we need it, we must necessarily look for some alternative service.

The best thing is customization and easy integration with eCommerce platforms like Shopify and Woocommerce. It takes clicks to install the app on Shopify, and you are done.
Android app is also really impressive with a very good interface for chatting with customers online.
Its free :)

Animated Characters which are inbuilt for being used as an icon are not that great, and you need to upload your own. For example, if I am a dog accessories seller on Shopify, I need to upload custom-designed icons as good inbuilt options aren't there.
Apart from that, by the time customers send an offline message and you are notified by mail, there is a lag that causes customers to leave the store.

The biggest problem we are solving on our platform www.pawful.in is trust issues. As we are an online store and a startup, so making online payments creates a lot of trust issues.
