What do you like best about Tavus?
Creating hyper-personalized, real-time videos tailored to each audience member is innovative and has great potential to improve customer engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Tavus?
The implementation of the technology has been a big problem. The onboarding process was a nightmare, with technical issues and a long completion timeline. It's been more than a month, and we are still trying to work out the most basic things.
Many basic functionalities, such as uploading a logo, required assistance because of bugs. The final video output was disappointingly robotic, making it unusable for our campaigns long term. High cost and product doesn't deliver the promised during the sales call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
