**What do you like best about Tasklogix?**

The software is very powerful, offering excellent integration with email systems and facilitating seamless group collaboration, which enhances team productivity. The support team is exceptionally helpful and consistently willing to assist with any customization needs.

**What do you dislike about Tasklogix?**

There are very few downsides. We have everything we need.

**What problems is Tasklogix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fact that you can search for communication between yourself and the customer and find everything within seconds. This has saved us on many occations. Also the who did what and when. No more confusion of who whas responsible.
