"Excellent and Complete To-Do List and Collaborations Platform"

What do you like best about Taskade?

The team behind Taskade seems to put their thought into all the small details of the workflow. Things are well thought to make our jobs easier. The UI is simple and beautiful. The UX is very intuitive. Taskade is well structured for multiple workspaces/projects and collaboration. I can create multiple workspaces, and each workspace can have multiple sub-workspaces in any way I wish. The mobile and desktop apps for Android are solid and stable. Using Taskade on mobile does not feel handicapped at all. So I can work on the go smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Taskade?

The 2 way calendar sync only works with Google. In addition, I would love to have automation integrations such as Zapier and the alternatives also. These are still missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Taskade:

If you like Notion, I think you should take a look at Taskade for its simplicity, beauty, and ease of use. It feels like Notion, but better for to-do list and PM, without the database functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Taskade is multi-platform task management system. It supports all major platforms. Windows , MacOs, iOs, Android.

Tasks can be viewed in List, Kanban, Mindmap and Organization Chart form.

Ready-made templates are available in various categories making it easier to replicate and start fresh with new projects.

Allows chat to share files with team members.

What do you dislike about Taskade?

What do you like best about Taskade?

Taskade allows me to organize my everyday tasks without needing endless lists and overthinking. It allows me to simplify what needs doing daily and see what has been completed. It has a simple UI and the UX is very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Taskade?

Taskade is great for checklists and to-do lists. Is a platform that is constantly improving to leverage their standards. Is great for team working, you can call your coworkers, invite them into a new project and make mind maps. If you want to have a personal space and a business space, this makes it so easy to do it, you only have to add members to your business workspace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Taskade?

I feel is not easy to delete a project, you have to archive it and I don't like that, besides the button for deleting a specific line sometimes it doesn't collapse properly to find the delete option. If you are considering Taskade for your daily work, don't hesitate to just set up and manage different tasks. I choose different colors for each workspace, it helps me to differentiate each type of work I do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Taskade has made my life easier, I used to use more Trello but it takes so much more battery from my computer than Taskade, so I decided to use more this one. Taskade is simple and efficient. I can create as many spaces that I want for different job ideas and connect them to my google or apple calendar to get notifications when something that needs to be done is about to expire.
