After trying the software for a couple of days and discovering a lot of cool features, I was like, "WOW!!! I love it!!!" And it is really Easy to use, intuitive.
The truth is, when I started, I found some bugs and contacted customer service, expecting it to be like most companies (long wait times, unclear answers, etc.). To my great surprise, I received MARVELOUS support: quick responses, solutions to the problems, and people genuinely willing to solve any issue, whether it was a bug or something that could improve my experience as a user.
The app has so many awesome features (smooth-running automations with tons of options, campaigns packed with great details, etc.), and I couldn't be more satisfied. Every time I report an issue, they don't just ignore me. They take it seriously! They respond, they fix it, and they give it their best!
I mean, when you have a problem, and your job is to provide great customer service to your clients, if the software you're using is full of bugs and you receive poor support, you have to walk away. But with Tarvent, after my experience over the past two weeks, I ended up purchasing a second Tier 5. Clearly, I believe in this team, and I hope they grow exponentially!
With over 16 years of customer service experience, where my goal is nothing less than 5-star service for my clients, I only choose companies that offer the same level of excellence! And honestly, I'm considering buying a third Tier 5 to support my future growth.
This is an awesome software and a great opportunity for my business (especially for email marketing, along with other services I offer).
To the team at Tarvent: Thank you for your AWESOME WORK and CUSTOMER SUPPORT. YOU ARE AMAZING!
And just for the record—this isn't a 5-taco rating from me. IT'S A 10-TACO RATING! YOU ROCK!!!

Actually apart from some few bugs that I found I can not say anything more. The thing is that everytime I contact the support for any type of bug, they take it seriously, they solve it and give me excelent support. This is the only thing and I use it almost every day. I'd like to see more and more iways of ntegrations to be added apart from Zapier and Make Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've tried several email marketing tools - Tarvent is by far the best. It came at just the right time and I really enjoy using it now. It's great that you have so many design and setting options, and Tarvent is very smooth to use. The support is also very committed and competent and Tarvent is constantly being developed and improved. A clear recommendation from me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In the early days there were a few minor bugs (as is usual with new software). After I had reported them to the support by email, they were all fixed very quickly and competently. So now there is nothing I really dislike about Tarvent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a robust tool that has replaced Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign here. It has the main functions I need, the support is quick, and it has had a great delivery rate. So it has been a fantastic tool that I found this year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The lack of integration with some tools (more specifically Activepieces and Pabbly, which is an alternatives to Zapier).
As I need to integrate email capturing and also my sales page with Tarvent, without this integration, I end up having to do some manual steps.
However, the company has already stated that it is working on more integrations, so I'm hopeful that this will be resolved soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tarvent is the best email platform I have found thus far.
I tried SendFox. It was functional to start with, but very limited.
I moved to Mailerlite, which worked well. Good UI. But was gettign expensive.
I tried ConvertKit. This was the most intuitive CRM I've used by far. But also the most expensive.
I went to Selzy, which was fine. But after 30 days, emails went straight to spam. No change in my content, and looking at reviews, many other people had similar issues.
I then tried to set up Zagomail, but couldn't even get it set up. Error on the backend, and support would take 2+ weeks to reply...
Moved to Acumbamail, which was fine. Worst UI so far and poor functionality (minimal automations). But the delivery rate was good.
That's when I learned about Tarvent. I tried Tarvent for 30 days, and my open rates stayed at 40%+. They have full in depth automations. The Ui is difficult and took a full day to learn. But once I learned it, it was phenomenal.
Couldn't recomend Tarvent enough! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UI is difficult to learn. They have lots ofd ocumentions, but it still took a full day to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Tarvent is that it has practically everything you need for a robust email-marketing tool! This way, you can rest assured Tarvent will serve you well waaaay into the future! The customer support - crucial in an important sector like email marketing - is ON IT! Quick and thorough responses! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What could have been a downside - a robust feature-set which could have intimidated a newbie - is managed well because there's A LOT of documentation on the tool. So really, there's nothing I dislike about Tarvent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its pretty easy to use and figure out. The jargon takes some getting use to but even thought I've only been using it for 1 masterclass sign up thus far, I think its a win of. aproducts. I think this will be easy to integrate into other pages on my website for building my email list and organizing it easily Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Security is important, but logging in is a tad of a pain. I'm not a fan of two+ steps for logging in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Becuase you can do so much, better how to documentation could improve access to support and on your own help. Support is excellent though! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm in the US and so is Tarvent so there isn't the frequent delay you run into when you have a question or a problem that needs to be solved. Their tutorials are easy to follow. After screaming in my office because of MailChimp outdated documentation and thoughtless support, it is so refreshing to have software that is powerful and support people who listen and genuinely care. Tarvent is the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't know enough to find anything I don't like. I don't have preferences as I'm learning from scratch on the more robust features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tarvent has a beautiful and easy-to-use interface. The clear structure of the navigation makes managing campaigns simple. It's self-explanatory, which is always good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Browser Refresh Needed Occasionally:
While the platform is almost flawless, I have encountered a minor issue where refreshing the browser is necessary when switching between modules like [Campaigns] and [Audience]. It's a small hiccup in an otherwise seamless experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
