**What do you like best about TARS?**

I appreciate their administration tools available to build conversational solutions, they are at the time capable to deliver powerful flexible solutions and simple to use.
Hundreds of templates are available for anyone to speed up development of a nice useful chatbot.
A special mention to their people, who are all the time willing to help.

**What do you dislike about TARS?**

Use to be the fact they did not have a native option to derive flow to a human agent, but it has changed now with their integration with Zendesk.  
I would say they need to continue developing their platform to provide other channels besides web and WA, and also rethink their game on WA in order to be more competitive.

**Recommendations to others considering TARS:**

At the moment TARS excels in web based chatbots, and as extension in chatbots for WA channel.  Their team is always willing to help and support, their platform is very easy to use and they have a lot of templates and implementation examples that anyone can use to start their own chatbot.  
Check out their youtube database, is very useful as well as their knowledge database, easy to understand and use.

**What problems is TARS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am at my first project but with some opportunities in the pipeline, for now the subject is automation of client support in WhatsApp.
Direct support from a TARS representative as well as tons of examples and templates has really helped.
I am using it also for my own promotion and lead capture, and in fact all opportunities I have now are product of this.

That Tars was trying to understand how they could best help us best.

I have nothing to complain about. Only the connection with zoom was bad sometimes. But I am not sure if that's something on our side or on theirs.

We implemented a chat bot on our website. So we do prefilter what our clients need instead that the clients that unfiltered emails to an email inbox.

The TARS platform is easy enough to get the hang of, but feature-rich enough to make you stay. The TARS customer success team was very accommodating. I ran into an issue (which was not platform-related and entirely due to my incompetence), but customer success manager Rwitam went above and beyond to help with a fix.

There's nothing that I particularly dislike about TARS.

**What do you like best about TARS?**

- Well designed chatbot application
- Highly customizable (you can literally create your branching logics however you want)
- Innovative company (it even integrates seamlessly with WhatsApp!)
- Excellent customer service. They will help you ensure that your chatbot works properly. I once had an issue passing certain values from a particular bot to our CRM, and I was completely stuck. Their technical support team tried really hard to help, and they were able to make it work.

To fully take advantage of it, you should test and experiment with different versions of your chatbot. That's when you'll start to see improvement in your conversion rate.

I haven't experienced any downsides so far.

The interfaces are very user-friendly. The team has been very responsive to our questions and in addition to teaching us how to use the platform, they've done much of the buildout of the first phase of queries themselves. This has been very helpful!

Requires a lot of manual entry and there is definitely a learning curve when it comes to programming.

The TARS team is very responsive and pleasant to work with. They actively recommend ways to improve performance and utilize the platform in additional way. The chatbot builder UI is simple to use and the chatbots themselves are easy to launch and modify.

Depending on your objectives and how you implement the chatbot, tracking can be a little tricky. The platform is intended for lead generation and sales conversions, so when you use it for things like just directing visitors to an informational page, the measurement of success requires a little creativity.

Our company utilizes a live chat platform to assist customers in real time during business hours. Our most effective use of the TARS chatbot has been supplementing live chat with an "off hours" chatbot when our team is unavailable. This enables users to have some questions answered immediately, and gives them the option to send questions directly to our sales team.

Aside from the amazing chatbot experience, TARS has helped us in every step of the way through onboarding to delivering our campaigns. The success of our communication relies on the speed at which you can solve issues with the TARS team and the availability even with the timezone difference. By far one of the best services we have received and worth every bit.

Its ease of use is quite impressive, the fact that it allows me to easily configure the bot so that it can be used immediately is also quite impressive, not to mention the fact that it allows us to improve our customer service from In a much simpler and immediate way, the fact that it allows me to easily customize the chat is something that is very helpful to me to adapt it according to the personality of my brand, the fact that I have a very robust and complete documentation is something that It is of great help to us to solve any problem that could arise, and it was even of great support to us to learn to use the application in its principles.

Despite having integrations with Google applications, the synchronization with the Google calendar presents some problems, so this functionality of the application does not work perfectly.

It has allowed me to create a new channel of communication and attention to my clients in a quite simple and simple way by allowing me to generate a 100% practical and functional service channel to clarify doubts and assistance in a much more efficient, fast and practical way, This has allowed me to increase the percentage of sales made, so I can respond and attend quickly and practically to any questions or problems that may arise, not to mention the fact that we can respond quickly and immediately to any requirement or doubt that our clients may have, not to mention the fact that thanks to artificial intelligence our bot may be able to fully attend to all the requirements requested by the user in a much faster, more practical and immediate way.

The reporting could be better.  Date/times are in wrong time zone but they are working to correct this.

If your looking for a chatbot then I recommend this.  It is easy to use right out of the box, but there is also a lot of depth to it.  Don't assume it won't do something you need - ask, the support is great to work with.

Our calls and emails were incontrollable, and this chatbot was able to help lower that volume by a very noticeable amount.

The design and user-friendly nature of the product are outstanding. The user interface is very convenient and is proving quite beneficial for our business with a great Customer Success team as well.

The best part is the ease of building a chatbot and getting it deployed within no time. The Customer Success team helps in monitoring the chatbot and provides valuable insights to optimize the chatbot flow over a period of time to generate better results.

**What do you like best about TARS?**

The speed to get a fully functional BOT is less than 20 minutes. That is incredible speed. 

**What do you dislike about TARS?**

The fact that I don't have a manual or a book to tell a newcomer how to get on board and do this. It is learning by experience. And some people need manuals too. It's not an either or. But needs both. 

Also, we use BOTs for quantitative research. And many survey type actions are not possible like Rank order. Limiting the number of choices on a multiple choice etc. I think BOTS are critical for survey design. Much better than questionnaires. So in future feature choices, do look at what a Qualtrics kind of firm offers. I'd much rather have a chatbot than something else. Maybe plugins I don't know. But there is an opportunity here for you guys.

If you are looking for better sales, customer inquiry etc. You don't need to go any further. Especially if you don't know how to program.

Getting people to chat instead of taking boring surveys. I think our completion rates have been amazing.

**What do you like best about TARS?**

Chatbots have helped us in reaching out to our patrons beyond the realms of the traditional forms. We were dependent on a traditional form-based approach for lead collection and conversion. With the introduction of the TARS chatbot, we are not capable of collecting leads, not just from the form page (like in the past) but in each and every page of our website, thanks to the dynamic chatbots of TARS. With the help of these, we are collecting leads from pages that we considered had no economic edge until the introduction of these chatbots. The staff too is ever ready to help out with any concerns you may face and will constantly keep a tab on the performance of the chatbots. All-in-all, I believe that the investment made on the chatbots was well worth it and we are happy with what we got.

There isn’t much that we dislike about TARS. Although a suggestion would be that TARS could have a more customer-centric approach in counting when a ‘conversion’ is complete. As sometimes, bot-engagement can be construed as conversion due to a standard approach.

With the help of these chatbots, we are collecting leads from pages that we considered had no economic edge until the introduction of these chatbots. The staff too is ever ready to help out with any concerns you may face and will constantly keep a tab on the performance of the chatbots. Excellent Platform for building Chatbots. Super easy platform.

 Best part is its Customer Success Team. They are always there to help. Kudos to the 
to entire team.

Great example of various industry bots showcased on the site.

Would require more context based documentations and flows. They have taken suggestion 
our suggestion and building on it regularly. This is great!.
Listening to customer is a sign of a good company.

This will make it more accessible and easy to use for all.

Product is still growing with addition of features on ongoing basis.

No Dislikes at the moment. All seems OK. But

**Recommendations to others considering TARS:**

Compare not just the features but Customer Service during creation of bots. We are not experts and need a helping hand to get the work done faster. This can only be done with help of product team support.

We have addressed a B2B use case for our customer, where store-in-store salesman need to place orders to central warehouse for delivery and providing customer live tracking of orders connecting to an existing ERP of a customer. We achieved this less than 30  days with help of customer success team.

The simple user interface makes it easy for anyone to just start creating their very own chatbot. Also, their video tutorials on how to do practically anything and everything to make your chatbot standout are really an amazing resource.

Nothing comes to mind! I find the application very easy to use and their support service is outstanding.

We are able to lighten our call center volume and are able to field FAQ right on our website. With TARS Chatbot we have able to gather what questions users are wanting to know more about and make our site/chatbot cater more to those FAQs.

This chatbot does everything from AI integration to complete customizing and is excellent for lead conversion in most industries. I think the preformatted templates are an excellent boost to get started quickly. The team is also excellent.  Reddy and Levi are very responsive and helpful with any questions.

TARS has a blog and a Youtube channel with many useful tutorials, tips, links, and documentation. They are very responsive to requests for support and follow-up. They are very knowledgable in their field and understood our requirements without me having to explain every little process.

Integrations could be better, but TARS appears to be steadily releasing updates and improvements to this.

I want to automate repetitive tasks such as lead sorting, qualifying, and answering FAQs. My organization has many different services, with overlapping features, all with complex beurocratic processes surrounding them. We have just deployed the chatbot and are expecting to improve our customer service, increase qualified leads, and shorten our onboarding process.

**What do you like best about TARS?**

Building chatbots using TARS platform is super easy. One will not need any technical background to build a chatbot. I was able to build a full-fledged chatbot in few mins. 

The best part about TARS is Customer Success. They have a dedicated CSM who constantly monitors the chatbots and come up with new ideas to optimise the chatbot flow and also helps in identifying new use cases. Kudos to the entire team at TARS, who always strive to provide excellence to their customers.

I do not have any complaints about the product or service. Probably adding more native integrations would be amazing.

It is very easy to build and customise for anyone without any technical background. The resources section with videos, webinars and help docs are really a great treasure house.

We have used the chatbot to get daily reports from the teachers for one of our scale programs. We were on the look out for a solution where the submission of reports happens in few clicks and is conversational. 
In addition, we have used this to get feedback about our program from the stakeholders. 
TARS chatbot has been really been a perfect combo of a great user experience along with an easy to build and deploy options for non profits like us.

GUI is good , easy to use flow based design, surprisingly has almost all the features , data tracking is easy and good , swift API configuration available, you can load and customize almost any element
Stable backend as well, no data loss

Initially takes about a day or two to figure out everything, to get upto speed, also could have keyboard shortcuts in the control pannel, voice mode could improve

Suggesting and finding solutions that suit you need rather than a cut paste offer.

The watermark on the chat bot and ui seems a bit limited, we should explore more to make the chat bot feel more like a messenger.

With tars vie mostly attempted at improving product discovery and lead capturing. They have worked fairly well. However if Tars were to introduce some basic AI into the bots I have used I believe they could work even better than showing menu options to the customer.

The chatbot frontend is the same for almost every other provider but TARS stands out in terms of the power it gives you to make complex chatbot with integrations. The bot maker dashboard with drag and drop functionality is really awesome and you don’t need to be tech savvy to build a chatbot. Kudos to the maker!

I don’t dislike anything but there should be options of changing the UI elements: font-style, widget size etc.

It is really easy to collect data and send it to a system using the chatbot. We are getting good numbers as compared to the forms which we were using earlier. Due to the intuitive UI, it makes the experience very engaging for the end users.

This is a really interesting platform in terms of UI and functionality. The maker dashboard and ease of integrating with any platform using APIs make it stand out from other chatbot platforms. One can create complex automation engines using TARS and above that, they are constantly coming up with New and Exciting Updates almost every other week!

Nothing yet, but there can be improvements in the analytics section

I have been HelloTars user for couple of years, and the team is really good at what they do. I was part of the product since the inception. I love how they shifted from chatbot assistance to chatbot for lead gen and even more. 

The team is totally doing great job in integration of cool stuff with ad platforms, CRM and more.

**What do you dislike about TARS?**

This isn't a deal breaker, but webPerf enthusiast. I check the speed performance of each tool to make the max out of traffic. Tars has Singapore AWS data center for their platform,  I wish they can distribute the code all over the globe to speed up even more. 

Wish we can lazy load some marketing scripts to avoid the too many requests at the start of the chatbot.

Lead generation for the website as well as my personal brand too. I planning to use the tars chatbot on visiting cards, where I can qualify them and then setup an appointment. 

And other interesting use case is, educating the cold visitors what the services are offered, and how they can help. All this possible by asking couple of questions.. and the entire flow get personalised in later marketing phases.

Love the ease with which you can set up the bot. It's a simple, no-code, drag and drop product.  Great for marketers who want to experiment with bots without having to wait on dev teams.

On the whole, it's a great product. I'd love to have the ability to personalize the bot more to each respondent. Maybe a feature along those lines already exists. I'll need to explore more.

-Onboarding/training of TARS account/settings could have been done simultaneously while being setup. Since unaware of the TARS technical effort on the changes, many at times felt we did not get timely updates from you.
-Once the bot is live, would be extremely helpful to walk us through the strategies that can be planned from the user data that chatbot collects. Since you have abundant client experience, and already aware of what others have done with their data.
-Rather than we composing the questions list to you, it would be great if you can give us organization level inputs/responses which a user would be delighted to interact to in a certain website.

-TARS chatbot data shows what type of users we can re-target.
-The location where the users have shown interest.
-Any responses related to website issues can be handled, as client CRM integration is in place and unique user data is collected for processing.

We started using TARS a couple years ago, we have used the integration with Google Analytics, Facebook pixel (for ads) and Zapier to send the leads to Google Drive datasheets. Zapier Integration open a lot of possibilities !!

You can create a fully functional bot in less than  10 minutes!!

Bots have increased the conversions in our website in comparision with landing pages!! Because People feel more comfortable when send us their data in a chatbot than in an ordinary form!!

The support of all the team is Great and fast! Rwitam (success manager) is always ready to help you and he is very proactive!
