Availability of resources from other users that are shareable and collaborative. Tools such as assessments, video uploads and linking to internal resources make it the perfect tool for training new staff and providing refresher material to the old hands as well!

As an administrator, I appreciate the ease of use when seeking data on staff and the training's they either have left in the queue or have completed, as well as the simple editing interface they have created. Challenging at times to upload YouTube videos or compressed files that require reading prior to an assessment. Certain types of files don't play nice with TS either, but I will say that the customer satisfaction team has always found a workaround that allowed us to get thins done in a manner that satisfied our needs!
