As a first time user I was a bit skeptical about using the program. In 30 minutes I had a few failed attempts until I finally figured it out. All this was user error. Very easy to use once you get over the learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most difficult part and thing I still have not figured out is how to have a team so that 3-4 of us can share work product. I work with a small team of teachers who train other teachers about the technology in our school district. We were unable to share our seperate tangos in the team space. Team are super friendly and was so easy to get onboarded and set up with the platform. It was a super smooth transition from our initial intro call to being onboarded onto the platform.
Had a couple of queries during our initial set up and our account manager has been super quick at responding and helping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing so far, integration is not fully complete so might have something to add later! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tango has completely changed how we develop process documentation! What used to be a long and manual process of screenshots, annotating, and formatting (in addition to actually doing the task) has become as simple as just do the task and Tango follows along. It was very easy to get set up, the team loves the interface, having all of our training in one place, and they're very easy to use/follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My one thing is that not every single click needs to be captured. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Tango whenever possible to document software workflows and process workflow. Many of my client's are new to the software platform I work in and while they may know their own workflow, using a new tool can be a difficult change for many end users who are used to doing things a certain way. When I use Tango and I am able to document a workflow along with the ability to generate a guide to drive end users through a workflow, this is a game changer with regard to how quickly I can get feedback from the client, and the quality of the feedback is often much better. Additionally, this helps to encourage timely feedback compared to traditional documentation methods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Really the only thing that comes to mind is that the 'guide me' feature requires a browser plugin to work (not sure how it would work otherwise) and some of my clients are not able to take advantage. Additionally, there is not a great way of "linking" documents (to my knowledge) so that multiple Tango's could be used as a portion of a larger workflow, or individually. Tango is intuitive. It didn't require a lot of training to get started or to learn how to use the system. I like that I can easily pause recording or go back and delete mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use the complimentary version so I don't get to experience all the features. It would ve great to offer a trial of another version to sed if that would be beneficial. For example I work across programs on the web and desktop apps, so I don't know if I upgrade I would be able tocapute that info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I have good amount of control over what titles or buttons I clicked on that will be shown on the guide to convey the steps I'm trying to demonstrate properly. The "guide me" option is fantastic because it shows you step by step where to click so it's much easier to follow even if you're not tech-savvy. My clients and colleagues love it and helps reduce impromptu meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the black pop-ups should be bigger and a different color so it's easier to see when you are using the "guide me" option. Overall, this is a fantastic product and look forward to seeing it evolve! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The guide me feature is very helpful for users who are new to the ERP System. In our case, users are unfamiliar with navigating the UI and completing tasks in Workday, and Tango has been very helpful for that. I also see great potential in the nuggets feature. I think if related Tangos can be grouped together and put in a folder structure, it would make finding the relevant Tango easier for users. The nuggets feature unfortunately doesn't work for Workday because all users start from the homepage which is a static URL. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an instructional coach, my job requires creating a lot of tutorials, how-tos and overall just general step-by-step guides. Before discovering Tango, I would spend so much time taking screenshots, adding descriptions, then sharing out with ourteam. Now that I have discovered Tango, all of those steps have been simplified. Tango does all of that for me. Plus, I can add additional details and descriptions to any step. It is so easy to use and easy to share. Plus, once I share the link, it tracks the number of views, so I am able to see if my team has utilized the step-by-step guide. I have a Chrome extension on my browser, all I do is click and start. I use this so frequently that I cannot even express the amount of time I have gained back in my day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although Tango tells me how many unique views my document has had, I wish it would tell me who has viewed it. Perhaps that is a premium feature? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Me encanto lo intuitiva que es la plataforma y su facilidad para integrarla con otras apps, es decir poner los manuales en otras apps Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no specific thing that I do not like, I think you just have to improve or add functions, for example record screen recording videos or it would also be good to create evaluations or maybe to know if people are learning in the step by step that you We are showing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just by operating the screen, the steps are recorded, making it much easier to create educational materials for in-house use. It's also helpful that the captures can be zoomed in and out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are times when I want to insert images for additional explanations. It would be helpful if I could insert another image within the same step, just like a 'callout.' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
