We used AS400 as the main platform to store and maintain client files. It also integrated the phones in various offices. 

**What do you like best about Tampa AS400 Inc?**

I like the simplicity and predictability of the program. It is easy to train new users quickly. 

**What do you dislike about Tampa AS400 Inc?**

I dislike the many steps for simple tasks. I also dislike the old feeling compared to other systems with the same end goals. 

**What problems is Tampa AS400 Inc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintaining client files for multiple offices across the country to access for smooth streamline and completion of end goals.

The black and green screen is horrible and needs to be upgraded

the program helps and retains information for a long time, years, and it's reliable in doing so, but it's extremely outdated for the present times. it doesn't allow to search but with few criterias, and even then it doensnt always produce the hoped results. 

**What do you like best about Tampa AS400 Inc?**

that is solid and reliable in such it doesn't lose data over many years. 

**What do you dislike about Tampa AS400 Inc?**

it's outdated and takes too many steps to perform any actions.

not really easy to use
