Great technical team and support - they have always been there to help us when needed. **What do you dislike about Talon.One?** Honestly, nothing. It's well designed, easy to use and the support is excellent. **What problems is Talon.One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Talon One has allowed us to solve for coupon code management (we are in business with lots of MAP suppliers, so being able to manage coupon codes is critical for us to remain competitive). The flexibility of the coupon methodology provided nearly limitless potential. If your data feed is sending variable data to the API, you can use it however you'd like. **What do you dislike about Talon.One?** The "programming" language inside of Talon.One's GUI interface is not exactly straightforward. It doesn't work fantastically, but it takes some prolonged usage before one quite understands how to build a campaign from scratch. I did a lot of "copy/paste" until I understood the tool. **What problems is Talon.One solving and how is that benefiting you?** Talon.One is our coupon vendor, and they also provide a loyalty program backbone. Promotions are credits, vouchers, discounts, and referrals. Most companies in space force your customers to create an account on another platform. Which increases complexity while making the user experience clunky. Talon.one is a backend integration that allows you to integrate and scale as you please. **What do you dislike about Talon.One?** Cost can be expensive, depending on your scale. It depends on your ability to internally mobilize actions internally to make this a profitable addition. **What problems is Talon.One solving and how is that benefiting you?** We moved our entire "credit systems" and referral voucher codes to this.
