Talon.One provides an intuitive interface for campaign configuration and a robust set of APIs that are, for the most part, well documented and easy to work with. The integration support team has been excellent — knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely friendly throughout the integration and rollout.

Some of the deeper complexity in our use case was glossed over during early sales discussions, which led to a few surprises during implementation. Additionally, while the configuration tools are solid, there are a few missing features that feel like natural additions and would make the experience even smoother. Talon.One offers a lot of features and customizability, which is important for our use cases. It is mostly easy to use, specifically the ability to restrict basic users to using templates is a plus. The API is comprehensive and we could easily integrate it into our system. Setting up new campaigns, especially when using templates, is also easy. With a lot of possibilities also comes some complexity, especially when setting up campaign rules, so it's easy to get lost or forget one detail when setting something up from scratch. Sometimes there are also small bugs in the web interface or it can be a bit confusing/convoluted in some places. Also not all available API endpoints are properly documented. Overall, I think Talon.One is very easy to use, and have a number of excellent features and uses that make it easy for me to navigate the best way to incentivize my company's clients. I use the coupon feature the most, but have worked with my excellent customer success manager to learn how to implement referrals and gift cards into my marketing campaigns with ease. Two features I really wish Talon.One had were:

- Make it easier to export the finances behind coupons/referral codes/gift card (ex. I would like to easily export how much revenue and discount value a large amount of coupons in a campaign generated)

Talon.One is an easy to use platform but still powerful enough to handle complex promo and loyalty setups. The team has been amazing — always quick to help. The online learning docs are honestly the best I’ve come across — clear, detailed, and easy to follow. For a new user, the rule builder is different set up to learn but doesn't take long to get the hang of it.

I would like to see the Calendar View get more features, like different views and the ability to export — it would make promotional planning even easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate that Talon.One has both an expansive set of capabilities as well as the ability to customize them as needed. This has enabled us to launch a promo engine and a loyalty program that's tailored to our business and our customers. I also really enjoy the support team I work with! I think the onboarding package and the collaborative nature of our relationship could be improved. Although we have not started using Talon.One to its full capability yet, so maybe this relationship will build, but for now it hasn't felt as though Talon.One knows our strategy or that we know there's, there is limited visibility of upcoming features, and we don't regularly review how our relationship is progressing.
