It's very nice for new hires to already have a platform where they can learn about their new work place and it helps them in preparing for their first day. It is an easy and user friendly tool. Considering that most HR people who use it are not very tech savy, this a great aspect. Apart from this, the onboardees feel welcome and understand quickly that time was spent in having them integrated faster to the company. As a result, they can achieve greater results in a shorter period of time (when compared to companies that don't use the tool). What I like best about Talmundo is the fact that it's an easy to use no-code platform that still allows for a lot flexibility in adding your own content and style. You'll be trained so you can manage everything on your own, but if you need help their CS and support team are always available to jump on a call and help out. I don't have any big dislikes, but if I have to suggest one possible improvement it's maybe that they could do more with all the data that's gathered in their reporting and statistics area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First of all, at the time Talmundo was implemented in the organisation I worked for, it was a brand new experience to engage your new hires via a personalised platform. A great benefit to already get information across to new hires but also to gather their personal information.
It was really easy from a front and back-end perspective to use Talmundo which made it a smooth transition into the organisation.

A beautiful and user-friendly application in which we have experienced excellent guidance from scratch. Customer success is always quickly accessible, and we receive positive feedback from onboarded users. What l like about the Talmundo platform is that it is very customizable. We needed a customized new hire onboarding tool for our new hires that would be personal and welcoming to the company and provide an exceptional experience. We searched for various tools until we found Talmundo. I loved how we could customize the colors and add our conent. It really made a difference in wowing our newhires and onbariding them. The customer service we have recieved from Talmundo has been top-level. We have always feel supported and looked after. The personalisation that comes with Talmundo allows us to create a platform that is specific to our company and our users. As a junior HR business analyst, Talmundo was a very accessible product to start my HR Tech journey in 2018. Making modifications to each onboarding module (content, surveys, forms, e-mail templates, reporting) was easy and you could always assess the impact. Troubleshooting via the email/interface logging or audit feature was very efficient and I always had a great collaboration with all Talmundo employees. Personally I think our way of working related to changes (patches & releases) and incidents (e.g. API bugs) could have been better. If we would have had a quality assurance environment with – from time to time - a copy down from our production environment, we could have avoided issues and the accompanying testing and communication.
