I especially valued her flexibility and adaptability as our requirements evolved; she consistently took the time to understand what we needed and adjusted the approach accordingly. Communication was clear throughout, and the team remained responsive and accommodating whenever questions or changes arose. Overall, the experience was positive and collaborative. Talentech has helped us transform what was previously a heavily manual and paper-based onboarding process. We were managing more than 50 different onboarding forms for new starters, which was time-consuming and challenging to track and administer accurately. The new system has streamlined the entire process, providing a single, efficient, and user-friendly platform that improves visibility, reduces administration, and creates a much better experience for both HR and new employees. Considering that most HR people who use it are not very tech savy, this a great aspect. Apart from this, the onboardees feel welcome and understand quickly that time was spent in having them integrated faster to the company. As a result, they can achieve greater results in a shorter period of time (when compared to companies that don't use the tool). What I like best about Talmundo is the fact that it's an easy to use no-code platform that still allows for a lot flexibility in adding your own content and style. You'll be trained so you can manage everything on your own, but if you need help their CS and support team are always available to jump on a call and help out. I don't have any big dislikes, but if I have to suggest one possible improvement it's maybe that they could do more with all the data that's gathered in their reporting and statistics area. Talmundo creates a unified experience for all our new hires, regardless of where they start, while at the same time still giving a personal touch to each new hire's journey. It's nice to know everyone's getting the same information, and it does save us a lot of time since it automates several processes that we used to do manually. First of all, at the time Talmundo was implemented in the organisation I worked for, it was a brand new experience to engage your new hires via a personalised platform. A great benefit to already get information across to new hires but also to gather their personal information. It was really easy from a front and back-end perspective to use Talmundo which made it a smooth transition into the organisation.
