It is easy to record support calls from customer by using Talkdesk. The sound quality is high which help to hear and understand the conversation better. What do you like best about Talkdesk?

What i like the most fromTalkdesk is that is cloud based and that allows for easy deploymentand scalability, reducing the extenisve on-premises infrastructure and maintanance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike is the pricing, some collegues may find Talkdeskpricing structure to be on the higher side compared to the other contact center solutions, especially for small business with a limited budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has been solving our customer experince,Talkdesk is helping us deliver a better customer service experince by providing tools for efficienct communication and issue resolution in multiple channels.It enables agents to access customers information easyly reducing the need for customers to repeat the information and improving overall satisfaction. The great benefit we also receive is real time monitoring and supervision, Supervisors can monitor agents activities in real time, providing them with the oportunity to offer assiatnce or coaching to agents as needed. Como en el rol de mi equipo se usa diariamente, como TL puedo realizar integracion con nuestro crm, se puede realizar el seguimiento facilmente de las llamadas realizadas por cada agente e incluso revisar su tiempo al aire, poder escuhar posteriormente la grabacion de las llamadas para efectos de auditoria. What do you like best about Talkdesk?
