What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Amazed with talkdesk possibilities for my team, right after the deployment had discovered a lot of new features wich were not even mentioned in the business case! It's the most user friendly contact center software i ever used both in agent and management team view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

I was expecting multichannel for RRSS integration and a most powerfull tool when it comes to Outbound functions. It's also expensive and should have different pricing for different markets around the globe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Talkdesk is a true solutions for a call center that is easy to implement and has all the features to make the management easy. I love the voicemail transcription that allow me to record our greeting for voicemail message. Daily usage for this software is not an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Talkdesk can combines all the support comminication channel into one management, which has make it easy for customer to connect and reach us. Talkdesk enable us to achieve our objective in customer support. We want an advance tools but simple enough to operate by our employees and agents. We also connect the platform with Zendesk to manage all the support tickets . Fast installation process is what make Talkdesk the leading software for it niche. What do you like best about Talkdesk?

IVR Studio is very easy to use and business-friendly for basic functionality, platform is stable with very little down time. Has some great features that have the ability to do a lot but you need the right resources internally to make it happen. A specialist would get a lot out of the system. Reporting is very basic in terms of line by line data, need to be able to work with that data to get any insights.
