Talentdesk is a great effective and user-friendly platform to manage a freelancer workforce. In addition, the onboarding support is sublime!

What problems is TalentDesk.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Talendesk helps us to build a quality workforce. High-quality profiles can be built through skills. Finding the right freelancer for a project is therefore a piece of cake. The interface is intuitive and easily accessible. Setting up the system is so easy that you can quickly get started. We had previously tested other platforms, but due to their high complexity and limited user-friendliness, we decided not to use them. In summary, simplicity and effectiveness are Talentdesk's strong points.

What do you like best about TalentDesk.io?

TalenDesk.io is an excellent platform for freelancers. It is easy to manage projects and payments.

Robust and transparent system. I never had issues with that.

The support team is one the best I have seen. They reply promptly, solve problems, and are nice.

What do you dislike about TalentDesk.io?

None so far. I have been using it for more than 6 months.

"Great software to manage freelancers from start to end!"

What do you like best about TalentDesk.io?

TalentDesk is really intuitive and easy to use for both managers and freelancers. It allows us to have an overview of all our freelancers, invite them to projects and tasks within projects, brief them and receive their deliverable.

With the ability to attach documents and discuss project details via the discussion board, everything stays on the platform which allows any managers to pick things up, this is really helpful for collaborative work.

Freelancers raise worksheets per projects or tasks, which allows us to have visibility on spend and keep within budget. Each freelancer gets an invoice automatically created each month and the system reconciliate all of them to provide us with one monthly invoice.

From onboarding freelancers to final payments, TalentDesk provides everything in one go.

Plus, their customer success team is fantastic, they really listen to the challenges their client face and make sure to feedback suggesitons to their tech team on how to improve the platform with new features. Many of our suggestions have already been implemented and more to come to make this tool as best as it can be!

What do you dislike about TalentDesk.io?

Nothing at all, we have been using the platform for 5 years now, and it's just getting better and better!

Make sure that you create an internal process for all managers to follow and provide a guide to your freelancers on how to use the tool the way that works best for you.

What problems is TalentDesk.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Anyone in the agency can now access our pool of freelancers within a few clicks. Managing projects and deadlines became way more efficient and all managers within the agency can work collaboratively with our freelancers on any projects. Both us and our freelancers are saving time on admin thanks to the integrated worksheet and payment system.

"Tracking tasks and payments have become extremely simple"

What do you like best about TalentDesk.io?

I have been using the platform as a freelancer for several months now. It has made it extremely easy to view and track all ongoing tasks that have been assigned to me. Once those tasks are completed, raising an invoice takes just about a minute. The automated payment system is a huge plus point too, as I never have to worry about when my invoices will be processed.

What do you dislike about TalentDesk.io?

Some feature updates take a while to get the hang of.

What problems is TalentDesk.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

Takes the guesswork out of the process of receiving payments - which is a huge plus for any freelancer.

What do you like best about TalentDesk.io?

I like the possibility in one step approving worksheet once or twice per month to have all ready to pay in only one operation all our freelancer, it save us time and money Great Job i can only recomend to any international company working worldwide.

What do you dislike about TalentDesk.io?

For the moment nothing all works fine also the customer support also answer very quick, maybe as i suggest would be fine a sms phone reminder to approve the worksheet on time, because some times i forgot, but the support always helped me.

"Talent Desk - Straightforward Freelancer Management"

What do you like best about TalentDesk.io?

The clean layout, simple interface with good levels of functionality. Good customer support - always on hand to help. Good tracking and filtering system, able to find old tasks easily.

What do you dislike about TalentDesk.io?

Bugs and crashes are quite regular. Worksheets should be easier to approve and cross examine with the tasks. Link worksheets to the task to approve when closing the task.

"A perfect tool for contractual employees."

What do you like best about TalentDesk.io?

The best thing about this tool is that payments land on time, you have a proper record of everything, plus this tool can be of great help when managing multiple employees.

What do you dislike about TalentDesk.io?

The process should be further down; a person who is receiving the payment should know what the status of the invoice is. I have faced issues where I had to contact customer support and different company people to see the status of the payment.

The best tool if you are looking for freelancer management.

For remote people, it is the best tool; you can receive payments on time, you have the proper records for the bank, and the legal work, management of employees can be pretty easy using this tool.

"Great way to manage your freelancer workforce"

What do you like best about TalentDesk.io?

Talentdesk is a great platform, designed for companies who work with freelancers on a regular basis.

I love that it is a one stop shop, including database management, project and payments. It serves the needs of many teams in my organisation.

I also love that Talentdesk is constantly introducing new features at 90% the speed of light (only light can go so fast)

Lastly - Talentdesk has a really capable and attentive customer care team who is looking after us and help us implement and onboard Talentdesk in our organisation. I always feel they are there for us and able to come up with quick solutions to our problems

What do you dislike about TalentDesk.io?

As a new platform there are still a few kinks to iron and things that don't work as we expected, so we are having to figure out our processes based on what's possible,.

What problems is TalentDesk.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to manage, coordinate and pay our freelance database, saving a lot of time from manual processes and decreasing risks from spreadsheet-based ways of working

One of the most powerful benefits of working with Talentdesk has been our ability to eliminate bottlenecks and improve the fluidity of our ways of working. Now, everyone at my organisation uses Talentdesk to find, brief and coordinate projects.

"Saves me so much time on admin and allows me to just get on with my work"

What do you like best about TalentDesk.io?

Worksheets are fantastic for a freelancer. I no longer have to wait until the end of the month or project to get paid, and this means that my manager has complete visibility throughout the work. It also saves a lot of conversations on logistics and expenses as I can track and share with them as I go along!

What do you dislike about TalentDesk.io?

None so far, maybe the interface could be a little more modern but overall a great experience

What problems is TalentDesk.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefit is time savings and efficiency. My clients match me to their projects accordingly and everything I need in order to start the work is already in one place. I can view all my projects and prioritize according to deadlines, and I can add all my expenses and costs as I go along. I never knew how much time something so simple could save me!

What do you like best about TalentDesk.io?

TalentDesk's team is incredibly responsive. They are continuously taking my feedback and incorporating it intho their product roadmap.

What do you dislike about TalentDesk.io?

Not too many dislikes. I suppose that TalentDesk is in its earlier stages, so some functionalities are still being built.

Recommendations to others considering TalentDesk.io:

Talk with the TalentDesk team about their product roadmap. They are growing quickly and adding new features, so if you have needs that aren't met by the platform as is, it's quite possible that they'll add the functionalities you're looking for shortly.

What problems is TalentDesk.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

My main problems solved are:

- Keeping good data on all of our contractors

- Staffing projects with contractors who are available, and have the necessary skillsets

- Authorizing work for contractors in a very clear and specific way

- Tying invoicing to authorized work
