I like the UX and UI a lot. Conducting the cases and browsing the candidates are very easy, as well as communicating, making notes, evaluating, moving candidates in the process, using the automation for different phases, scheduling the interviews, and so on. Also, when our Talent Community is quite big already, find the most suitable candidates from there for our ongoing projects is also easy and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think there's nothing I dislike, but of course, things can still be improved. But I've personally been in touch with the TalentAdore team several times, and I like that they are willing to listen to you and continuously improve their product to match their customer needs better. Mentek Advisors is a Recruitment and Direct Search Company. Our service has been developed for the needs of the 2020s. When we were looking for a modern recruitment system that would provide a customer and candidate experience, TalentAdore was clearly the best for our needs.
The system allows you to make attractive job ad that take advantage of images and videos. It is also possible to enrich the advertisement with company information, links to some channels and also with the company's location information etc.
Applying to candidate is easy. Candidates are also very easy and efficient to process in the system. Recruitment paths can be customized to enhance the snapshot and advancement of the recruitment process. Communicating towards applicants is easy, which contributes to creating a positive candidate experience.
Our clients really appreciate the fact that they also get to look at candidates and make their own assessments of them. This has enhanced our company’s customer experience.
It is possible to measure the candidate experience and collect feedback, so valuable information is obtained in terms of operations and process development.
The Talent Community offers a great opportunity to utilize the skills of candidates for future needs as well.

The product is easy to use and easy to manage. The software is developed with the user in mind. That means that everything that is developed comes from a need from the users - not just a cool add-on that someone though they should have. Also, the fact that the product is very agile, especially in the development part where the time from realizing that some feature would add a value to it actually being rolled out is amazingly short. I love the most in TalentAdore the easy way to evaluate candidates. As you have set the desired features in job application (AI, CRM etc.) it's very easy to give candidates "hearts" and rank them.
