I like that it takes assessments that can be completed at time of hire and utilizes the information not just for screening but for onboarding, development, and team building. It is also easy to implement and itegrate with our ATS and the Infor team is very responsive. The dashboard is easy to use and provides lots of different view and options. There are many aspects of the assement that bring value, however, we have found that the humility predictor is spot on. Also, we will utilize the assessment results after a colleague leaves the organization to determine if there were any signs in the assessment that the employment would end in the manner it did. One downside is, when sednig the assessment with the score, your hiring manager may only focus on the score and not read the assessments. We reccomend sending the assessment without the score, encouraging the hiring manager to read the assesment thouroughly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool is easy to use and results are actionable. We have found the tool to be highly predictive of candidate success and shares meaningful insights around the candidates that can be leveraged during interviews and as a part of onboarding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our company has been using Talent Science (previously People Answers) for over 10 years. It has been a consistent tool to assist us with hiring decisions, especially at the leadership level. We've also used their leadership development products to guide our promotion decisions. As the primary point person within my company for Talent Science, I have worked with a few different Customer Success Managers and reps over the years and they are all attentive and easy to work with. Talent Science has created an outstanding pipeline of great candidates that match our culture the best. We have used Talent Science for a number of years and it has proven to be a great tool to make great hires and the data is there to support it. My organization uses Talent Science for our assessment tool for a Sales role. First, the tool is really easy for our candidates to use. We have almost no issues with that piece, which is a major change from years past when we used a different vendor. We just re-calibrated our scoring as well, and we feel it's really closely aligned with the types of people that would be successful in the role. The tools that are provided for interviewing questions, etc. are top notch, and really help guide us throughout the process.
Second, our account reps are AMAZING. They are always there when we need them, always willing to jump in, and are ready to go to bat for us when a change needs to be made. We had an issue with the integration we were using between Talent Science and our ATS that was on the ATS side. We voiced this concern to both sides, and our account rep at Talent Science is the only reason the issue was resolved. He was persistent and would never let it go, until eventually the technicians behind our ATS listened.
