The UI is very intuitive and easy to understand, there is a slight learning curve if you've never worked with a visual workflow tool but the docs (including the tutorial) are very helpful. Technical support has been awesome! They are very responsive to queries and questions, and every time we've asked about a missing feature, it's already on the roadmap, soon to be delivered. Integrating with the engine has been the easiest part of the overall project that led us to purchase Taktile.
I also assisted with the implementation of workflows, and it found it very easy to do. There are multiple ways to combine nodes to deliver the functionality you might want, but support was always there chat about pros and cons and even provide a first pass if we were stuck.
