"Taktile's flexible platform helped us launch with minimal engineering help and at high quality"
5/5
What do you like best about Taktile?

From Day 1, the emphasis is on the non-engineering user's ability to create workflows independently. They provide a workspace and guide the user to create their own workflows. Implementation is easy and the platform allows test and learn. API based integration makes it possible to add multiple services to our flow. The solution engineers are highly knowledgeable and quick to bring on additional help if needed. The platform itself is robust and meets the highest infosec requirements. What do you dislike about Taktile?

The copilot occasionally does not do a satisfactory job of creating a workable response. Sometimes it slow, and sometimes it does not give an output after spinning for a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Developed loan decision flows in Taktile"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Taktile?

1. The platform is intuitive. All workflows are visible and easily trackable, making it simple for different managers to understand, change and oversee operations.

2. Over the past eight months, during which we've processed hundreds of thousands of requests, it has remained stable and error-free.

3. Debugging is straightforward, and any issues are easy to identify and resolve.

4. Additionally, the system allows for rapid deployment of code changes. For example, if a faulty code release occurs, it only takes a few seconds to revert to a previous version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Taktile?

The process of inspecting changes between the current and previous flow versions could be improved to make it more visually clear and easier to understand Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-friendly and flexible tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Taktile?

I have worked with Taktile for over a year now. We have worked together to automatize credit decisions using different data sources. Taktile is extremely flexible, fast and reliable partner. They accommodate ideas to be included in their roadmap, they always suggest and find the optimal solutions.

As the tool is easy to use, it can be used by different departments in the company independently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Taktile?

Only improvement idea I have is to allow for different instances for departments, this helps to separate workflows and manage access rights between different teams using the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A versatile platform that bridges strategy to live credit‑decision rules"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Taktile?

We shifted from static, hard‑coded decision logic to a platform where I can build, test, and push new rules the same afternoon. The visual editor is straightforward, A/B testing comes baked in, and—worth a shout‑out—Moritz has been fantastic throughout the integration. He walked us through the finer points of the tool and jumped in whenever we got stuck, which made the rollout feel a lot less daunting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Taktile?

The learning curve can be a bit steep if you don’t have at least a medium level of Python experience. Copilot is really helpful when it’s available—especially for validating logic in more complex nodes—but it doesn’t show up everywhere. When that happens, it’s harder to troubleshoot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Liz Gorson of Taktile

Thank you, Argelia for this thorough review! It’s great to see that, in your words, you can “build, test, and push new rules the same afternoon.” This type of agility and flexibility in credit decisioning is exactly what we’re looking to provide our customers — so glad you’re finding this valuable as you scale your risk strategy. Also, thank you for sharing the value you’re seeing from the Copilot — we appreciate your feedback and will pass to our product team!

Thank you, Tobias, for this review! It's great to see that our ease of use enables you to really support you in being agile in iterating your risk decisioning. And on the additional data integrations, please keep your customer success manager in the loop which one specifically you'd like to see us add, just to make sure these get prioritized on the product roadmap.

"Intuitive Platform that Requires Little Technical Apptitude"
4/5
What do you like best about Taktile?

Taktile is fairly intuitive to use and the AI feature really helps on errors when you are stuck. The integration with our CRM (Salesforce) has been straightforward and has not required a lot of development on our side.

My team uses this product daily, errors are easy to understand and remedy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Taktile?

Some aspects require coding which makes it not entirely self serve for non technical people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"a modern risk decisioning platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Taktile?

The platform enables rapid iteration of credit decisions while maintaining strong governance and compliance. Standout features include the Code Node—so you can wrangle complex data and build custom functions—and built-in champion/challenger with back-testing to trial changes on a small slice of traffic before full rollout.

The sleek UI and plug-and-play integrations with key data sources are bonus points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Taktile?

While the platform is robust, we observed gaps in post-decision data accessibility. In particular, retrieving the original third-party API responses (e.g., bureau payload) at a later date for audits can be difficult. This adds friction to reconciliation and root-cause analysis Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It is an easy-to-use tool and meets our company's objectives. Very flexible!"
5/5
What do you like best about Taktile?

We like that it has several options and the user experience is well done, even implementing Python nodes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Taktile?

Everything is fine, we would just add a way to download historical decisions or export them for analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
