
I like that it is a monthly contract, so I'm not locked in for a longer period as the experience is so poor I can easily leave. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customer service is a complete joke, being completely incompetent, inefficient, and unresponsive, requiring me to involve their executive leadership just to get a response, and often putting the burden back on me to do more work. The entire system is very amateur, clunky, error-prone, and bug-prone. Additionally, it has no integrations with any other tools, and the initial setup was not easy due to the team's slowness and incompetence or the need for too much self-setup work.
