You cannot remove your billing info, nor can you downgrade off of a plan that has a payment attached to it. Other than cancel my credit card entirely, I see no way to stop handing over money to these criminals. Talked to customer service about my concern and they said I was out of luck even though I wasn't actively using their service. It's also very challenging and confusing to cancel their service which I believe they do on purpose to keep customers. Besides the bad service, the product is on the poorer side. The communities are very clicky and generally only share pins with a few other people. When someone did share one of my pins I believe it had zero impact on my page. I could be wrong but I feel like Pinterest was actually penalizing my page because I was posting with Tailwind. My Pinterest views almost doubled 6 months after I STOPPED actively using Tailwind which makes me think they were actually hurting my page. Based on my experience this service is mostly smoke and mirrors and doesn't provide substantial viewership results to support its high price. If you try to cancel then you may get suckered into paying for something you don't want. I recommend promoting your pins directly through Pinterest instead of spending money on this product. **What problems is Tailwind solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tailwind is looking to make Pinterest pinning easier and more effective. They make it easier to post pins but I do not believe they helped increase my page's viewership. For that reason alone, I don't recommend using the service. ### 11. Additionally, the SmartSchedule feature was helpful to an extent. Their marketing materials around Pinterest were also useful when Pinterest was more popular for my business niche. **What do you dislike about Tailwind?** The interface isn't exactly what I would call stimulating. It's basic and not very user-friendly if you're looking at it from an aesthetic perspective. Additionally -and this was really quite surprising considering how much users pay-dragging and dropping posts using the "smart shuffle" feature always had some sort of glitch. For a time, I used Tailwind Create for Pinterest Pins. Is a platform that complements your strategy on social media. It works for Pinterest and Instagram. I have used it on both but I rather use it for Pinterest. You can add pins to your account months in advance, you can check followers, board followers, and many cool features. Tailwind is a paid program but can work the minimum if you only pin a maximum of 20 posts each month. The good thing is that you can always refer a friend and get discounted prices per month. **What do you dislike about Tailwind?** I don't like how works the Instagram platform, is good but needs a lot of work. Is not easy to set up to your phone all the programmed posts, you must have a Facebook business account in order to use your phone app from Tailwind to post automatically, which not always is the case. The quality of support ain't great, you can take days by getting a response from someone on their team. Also, they recently changed their prices without announcing it, which was so annoying. The Tailwind credit is good but you always will end up paying something else. **Recommendations to others considering Tailwind:** If you are considering Tailwind make sure to take into account your budget and needs. Not all people need to use Tailwind but are greatly advisable to plan your marketing efforts ahead. This latest update made Tailwind unusable. Even my billing pages won't load on any browser. They inexplicably downgraded my account to allow only 20 posts per month. I paid for the premium for a full year and I'm only 8 months into the year. I've reached out to support and have gotten no response after days. This product is now unusable and unfortunately I have months left that I already paid for. It is early days but I am hoping that i will see a difference. The ability to sid for an hour and write and scedule several posts is a realy time saver. I can say, my client's pins have greater reach when Tailwind is used with Pinterest's native scheduling tool.
