It includes the core features I need to run my Scrum framework without feeling overly complicated. **What do you dislike about Taiga?** One downside of the app’s simplicity is that, at times, I might need a really important feature that just isn’t available, and then I have to find a workaround. It's very easy to use and has been our go-to platform for Kanban Boards which we use on a daily basis! **What do you dislike about Taiga?** Since it's a free and open-source piece of software, there is obviously some hiccups when it comes to performance, especially on larger boards. This is not a big deal but it is surely noticeable by our users who use it constantly. **What problems is Taiga solving and how is that benefiting you?** Project Management is vital when it comes to ensuring meeting deadlines. As a result of that, we need to break down tasks, delegate it to the respective personnel and track their progress. Taiga has a very fast platform and has a modern design, this allows you to be comfortable organizing and creating projects. The program is very intuitive and helps you move forward faster with the use of its features. The connection it provides is very stable regardless of your broadband connection. It is reasonably priced for all the functions it offers **What do you dislike about Taiga?** There is nothing more important to correct. It doesn't have webinars that can train users about the software and all its tools. They have a one-time problem with history, causing us to miss important user stories. **Recommendations to others considering Taiga:** Wiki pages have presented initiation problems, you might want to take a look at that. The interface options could be better accommodated, there are functions that cannot be easily found. There are times when it is difficult to access Taiga, I don't know if it is because of connectivity problems or other reasons **What problems is Taiga solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our task management has improved because we use important tools such as Kanban, roadmap creation, project planning and KPI monitoring gives us greater facility to improve our projects.
