Sometimes names won't show up unless you type the first or last name but not both, very odd **Recommendations to others considering Childcare:** I would definitely recommend seeing if you can find a product that implements attendance and enrollment into one service, it's a lot of extra manual work to add students from an enrollment service into an attendance service one by one. I would definitely recommend looking into the specifics of what this service offers to make sure that this has everything you need, I'm not sure it is the best fit for the company I work for because it is lacking in several critical areas, at least for what I need to use it for **What problems is Childcare solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helpful to have student photo for recognition, but I wish the image for the student file could be clicked on to expand it because I have a hard time identifying students from the tiny photos, also there should be a way to click on the student's profile and see all the pictures that teachers have taken of them using the app. Not very user-friendly with regards to our marketing team using it ### 4. I especially enjoy the ability to track and successfully manage all communications in a safe and secure way. **What do you dislike about Childcare?** The one place that could be improved upon is the teacher/employee area. **Recommendations to others considering Childcare:** This is a wonderful program to improve customer service, communication, and information management. I highly recommend this program to improve childcare services. **What problems is Childcare solving and how is that benefiting you?** The school was able to successfully improve the system of sending photos and videos to families throughout the day. The Tadpoles Childcare program is also beneficial in sending out accurate and timely information to families as is required in the childcare setting. ### 5.
