There are a few things, but probably my favorite feature is the AI-powered summaries. After my meetings, Tactiq gives me a quick summary, highlighting key points and action items. This is amazing, especially if I have back-to-back meetings and don't have time to scribble down detailed notes. The feature I use the most is probably the search function. Instead of listening back to an entire recording to find a specific point, I can just search by keyword within the transcript. For example, the other day a client mentioned a feature they'd like, and I was able to jump straight to that part of the meeting to get all the details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything is good but it could be improved like audio is not clear or low audio then It would be better if it don't transcribe the words if it can't reconize the exact word. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I actually cannot speak highly enough of this.
I have searched to the ends of the earth for transcription software that could create summaries relevant to a specific thing (i.e. an easy to understand summary of an interview that captures the main significant points, that is in a professional writing style, that remains on topic). I have crafted countless prompts for GPTs and spents hours, days... well months really trying to figure out how to get something to do what Tactiq did for me perfectly, FIRST GO.
The AI is so amazing, I asked for a brief summary - pumped a perfect one paragraph out. Asked for the same info but in a 'moderate to comprehensive' summary and it spat out 5 paragraphs, none of it needlessly repetitive and both the one paragraph and the 5 paragraphs captured the essence of the info I wanted summarised without needing much editing from me.
It has a lot of capabilities, it can register tasks from meetings, it can create emails based on actionable items it detects. I haven't really used it to its full potential, but I have purchased a subscription for myself and every member of my team because got'damn, it's fantastic. Also will do the same for transcripts you already have. I was able to copy across transcripts from another software I use to record and transcribe meetings (before finding tactiq) and it's bananas how easily it did a task that I tried to get chatGPT to assist me with for over an hour. I saved approximately 56 minutes.
Honestly, I want to run it on my phone in the background when I am having general discussions... it would weed out the unnecassary bits and provide me with the relevant details to go away and put into motion!
The list of integrations are endless. I currently just use it to work with teams and any transcripts I have that I upload to it (but so far, every day).
I had to engage with customer support when I first used it, and they were quick to respond to my email and very helpful. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is being picky - but I have to input something, so I suppose an downside is not having the ability to use it with Teams outside of the browser. The value add it provides exceeds that though, so I honestly don't know if that should detract anyone from using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tactiq is easy to implement and its interface is very user-friendly. Additionally, it has a functionality that allows you to upload past audios and improves transcription.
Its free version is very good and is one of the most comprehensive in this sector. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tactiq transcription from Spanish is quite basic. However, the option for customizing words seems simple and very practical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to ask a question and the AI can search the meeting trascript to find Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it could have some more analytics - seems like it is in Beta and very basic Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tactiq has an incredible yet simple function that stores and uses AI to summarise meetings from many different online meeting platforms like Google, Microsoft and Zoom. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I believe that we are in a moment where most "AI techs" are overrated, so its pricing is absurd. I am not a paid user, so I only use free transcriptions and then I use ClickUp AI to summarise everything. In fewer words, it is really expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The usability of Tactiq is what I like best. Its automation makes it extremely user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have found no real downside to Tactiq, as its platform and innovative nature is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For me, the best thing about Tactiq is all its functionality in general. It is extremely easy to use, integrates very well with Google Meet and Zoom, is very accurate when transcribing the call, and later provides you with AI-generated summaries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like least is that in its free version it is limited to very few transcriptions per month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tactiq takes away the need to write notes during meetings and creates flawless summaries really quickly. The integration was very easy to set up and both myself and my team started benefitting from it right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I honestly don't see any downsides. If anything, it is rough going into meetings without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tactiq helps you record and transcribe your meetings, calls, interviews and more. I've used it for all of the above. It is perfect for recording your calls with clients, prospects and partners. It also helps you to write follow up emails and to-do lists. It helps you to write better emails with tactiq's auto-suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is the best thing I've used in a while and I recommend you try it out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Now we don't need a human to transcribe the audio. We hire people to take notes and sometimes we miss the meeting recordings which are very difficult recall the minutes of meetings. But it helps in-time transcribe the meetings and also it's transcribed 92% accuracy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It doesn't catch some words and it needs more speech recognition. We speak Indian access and some of the words translate to something and else and the whole story changes. I hope that it works better in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
