Some of cons about T5 is computational model cos i is large scale model so it requires some significant resource. and in compare of other pretrained models T5 often works on quantity and quality of fine tunes data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like 2 things in T5:

1)T5 question generation and

T5 pretrained model can be downloaded only from the google cloud. This is not similar to hugging face models. This makes me harder to load pretrained model while finetuning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the fact that T5 is a hybrid model, easy to use, with the hugging face pipeline it is easy to integrate and implement, trained in multiple languages, for instance, English, french, German, etc; and T5 also manage multiple disciplinary models, translate, question answering, and classification.
