Systeme.io Reviews & Product Details

On the surface, it seems to do a lot - email lists, funnels, community. But if you get beneath the surface, you quickly find that systeme.io is created by morons and maintained and supported by even bigger morons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Was moving my business to systeme.io - and then they refused to let me change my sender email address without submitting tax documents.

This is not a joke - they really asked for more tax documentation than I needed to get the mortgage on my house.

Here is the insanity: I had already verified that domain with systeme.io by adding a bunch of DNS records.

And now they want my tax returns?!? To change the login email WITHIN THE SAME DOMAIN?!?

No explanation, no alternative, no support. I've been building online businesses since the 1990s and have never encountered anything like this from a marketing platform. Switching to Kit - you should do the same! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

i like the simplicity of use and free trail is fair and pricing is good for a crm and email marketing platform also the integration was easy with no complications ,the automation is working as expected , is a fast platformi used ai to segment subscribers and it was nice . the platform is too thin i cant find guidance and looks cheap also , no good ui /ux the help button didn't help actually ,i needed some guidance on some email marketing features but the supports wasn't good enough also the platform is not professional enough when its about the user interface so they need to redesign it to more professional dashboard . I like how Systeme.io manages the end-to-end funnel, from user sign-in to email sending, course purchasing, and access granted, making it easy without needing to integrate any other tools. This all-in-one control over the funnel process is a great time-saver and simplifies my workflow. Also, the initial setup was pretty easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the templates in Systeme.io are very simple and could be more customizable and premium. Also, the deep funnel analysis feels limited, and I wish it offered more in-depth analysis at each stage of the funnel. It doesn't really make premium-looking pages. The best thing about this Systeme.io platform is it highly helps us by bringing funnels and email marketing and cost hosting automation and affiliate management all into a single platform the biggest advantage is their simplicity bare everything is easy to set up without having much of a technical expertise and also their funnel builder is very intuitive and automation workflows are very straightforward making it the overall platform very idle for quickly launching campaigns or any digital products. And their integration ecosystem and UI interface are good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While this platform covers a lot, some advanced features feel limited when compared with other specialised tools out there in this space. Specifically, their design flexibility in Page builders and email templates are bit restrictive, and integration with 3rd party apps should be worked on, which is not as expensive. Platform update reporting and analytics can be more detailed for making data driven decision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Systeme- much like Shopify in its earlier incarnation, has a fairly simple UI. They also provide training courses and a big affiliate network. Pricing is notoriously cheap, especially considering the suite of tools at your disposal- which also includes integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My issue is that most systems nowadays- consciously or unconsciously- are geared towards millenial and gen z (marketers). For everyone older the UI is only partially simple. For example the "sites" menu is not intuitive for me. I found it confusing that there is a subheader for website, and sales funnels- but when you actually want to design a site you need to go via funnels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Systeme.io to be the best cost-effective way to send emails. The free forever plan with up to 2000 subscribers is super helpful, and it's easy to upgrade as more subscribers join. I appreciate the ready-made templates for creating landing pages, and the whole process is super simple with good user experience. The unlimited emails plan at $97 per month is something I don't think any other email service provides, making it affordable for startups. Systeme.io is easy and user-friendly, especially after watching the tutorial video on the platform, which made the initial setup a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They have too many tabs or sections so for beginners it's a little learning curve, but after a few sessions we get used to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like Systeme.io because it makes it easy to set up sales funnels and build email lists for my digital products, all without any platform fees for product sales. The ability to fully customize sales funnels even on the free tier is a big plus. I appreciate their good dashboard and the wide range of elements it offers for building converting landing pages, letting me create landing pages that work well for my needs. Switching from Gumroad to Systeme.io was a great decision because Gumroad charged a 10% fee, whereas Systeme.io allows me to keep full ownership of my products and I receive 100% of my earnings after a minimal PayPal transaction fee. I found it very easy to create my first sales page and navigate the features, with some help from YouTube for connecting the payment gateway. Overall, it was easy to set up. It is better suited for solopreneurs. Not compatible with large-scale business and multi-product stores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really appreciate the efficiency of Systeme.io, it's accessible to everyone and almost free. The feature I use the most and appreciate is the creation of templates, as it allows me to earn money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The generation of templates can be improved. I use templates a lot and I think there are possible improvements in this area. Also, the initial installation of Systeme.io was not easy for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Systeme.io for building sales funnels, setting up email marketing automation, and selling digital products all in one place, which makes managing contacts and funnels much easier. I find it beginner-friendly, simplifying the entire workflow by allowing me to handle everything from one dashboard without needing multiple tools. I like that it saves me time and cost and lets me focus on building and selling, growing my clients' businesses. It's great that I can track the customer's journey, from their first click to the final purchase, without any extra setup. The ease of use, without needing advanced technical knowledge or coding, made the initial setup really simple. The interface helps me understand what to set up first. Overall, I appreciate the ability to manage everything at one place and the system's efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Design flexibility needs to be improved and also some advanced customization options should be added. The landing page is easy to build but the templates are limited. Also, it can be made more user-friendly. You need to learn initially to set up automations and systems, which is not that difficult but takes some time to understand. "I mainly use Systeme.io to handle all my online business tasks in one place. It makes creating funnels, landing pages, and email follow-ups super easy without juggling multiple tools. I also use it to organize and deliver digital products. The best part is how simple it is—everything works together, which saves me time and keeps things organized Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Email automation is a bit limited, reporting could be better, and some templates feel outdated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
