What do you like best about System Mechanic Ultimate Defense?

I appreciate how easy and fast it was to set up System Mechanic Ultimate Defense with guidance from the support staff. I also find value in knowing I have the capability to recover information from cloud storage, which is reassuring for me. Additionally, the software provides more options, which is a strong factor in my decision to continue using it. I'm extremely likely to recommend it, as reflected by my rating of 10 out of 10. What problems is System Mechanic Ultimate Defense solving and how is that benefiting you?

This is the worst software I've ever downloaded. Its poor quality corrupted many of my settings, and the support team is incredibly unhelpful. Here's what happened:

I downloaded the program from the official website and started a 30-day trial. It scanned my system and, after completion, reported that everything was clean. To illustrate, it was like going to a hairdresser for a haircut and ending up completely bald. The program made these changes without my consent.

It disabled admin sharing for protection, quick access, and file sharing on my internal network. It also altered some internet settings to "preserve system privacy," which significantly slowed down my internet and blocked access to some websites.

When I reached out to technical support, they refused to assist me because I was using the trial version and needed to purchase the software for help. (they blackmailed me!!)

I deleted the program, but its changes remained on my system, costing me considerable time and effort to restore everything. I do not recommend using this software at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

System Mechanic Ultimate defense helps assure that my computer is secure and my personal information is not accessed by outside interestest. It allows me to safely perform my job functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about System Mechanic Ultimate Defense?

It did take a significant amount of time to get everything secure, but it was necessary and worth the effort. Regardless, customer support was great and continued to follow through regarding all issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
