**What do you like best about Sysarb?**

Honestly, this tool has been a lifesaver for compliance! 

It instantly gives us the Directive reports we need, saving weeks of spreadsheet headaches. 

We can now easily visualize our entire job architecture and pinpoint exactly where those pay gaps are, which means our fixes are data-driven, not guesswork. 

Plus, the ability to  share pay structure details with HR/managers makes those difficult conversations a bit smoother.

**What do you dislike about Sysarb?**

The initial data upload was a bit of a pain-point to get right, but we also had great support from the Sysarb team, and it would be the case for any new tool integration.

**What problems is Sysarb solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Sysarb?**

It is encouraging that Sysarb is concerned about pay equity. The presence of a tool aimed at helping companies provide balanced wages for men and women and people of different ages is important in the modern world.

**What do you dislike about Sysarb?**

I get good impression about the pay equity in organization but the data visibility is not detailed enough. I have no way of slicing and dicing data based on department or other important categories to get more detail about pay deficiencies.

**What problems is Sysarb solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to tackle the most pressing problem of pay discrimination inside my company. This makes the workplace a healthier and fair setting for employees, and minimizes the chances of a lawsuit based on pay disparity.

**What do you like best about Sysarb?**

Complicated pay data is transformed into simple charts and graphs that they allow me in a matter of seconds to pinpoint salary gaps. Such clarity turned out to be pivotal in the subsequent investigation stages related to our remuneration model.

**What do you dislike about Sysarb?**

The importing of data turned out to be an essential obstacle. Putting our employee data in was very hard, because it had to fit Sysarb's specific file formatting sometimes needing over file conversion. It was a huge hindrance to our initial setup and our IT team has to spend more hours on this.

**What problems is Sysarb solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sysarb's data visualization is, without doubt, grand, turning into significant insights regarding pay equity within our institution. Regarding the labeling data import, it was very frustrating and time-consuming. However, it has the ability to be improved, a more accessible way of importing data is necessary for an improved functioning.

Running a salary review process, with equal pay in mind, has been a head ache previously. Sysarb offers both an interface, process and support that enables us to do this annually without friction. It was super easy to get started by just importing our payroll data as they have integrations to almost all HRM/payroll systems out there.

**What do you dislike about Sysarb?**

As this is a quite new segment/tooling, there is still some catchup to do compared to other b2b software, but that's not about Sysarb per se, rather about HR-tools at large.

**What do you like best about Sysarb?**

Sysarbs makes the pay equity analysis that we do every year very smooth and efficient. It's very simple to use and support is provided instantly without delay. It saves me a lot of time and it also gives me insights I wouldn't have without Sysarbs help.

**What do you dislike about Sysarb?**

I like the flexibility in the system but it would be good with more guidance in the form of questions when doing the job architecture module.

**What problems is Sysarb solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sysarb gives me an instant overview of all roles and groups and provides me with graphs and analytics. My only job is to upload a file and give the right comments and explanations.

**What do you like best about Sysarb?**

Sysarb is user-friendly, easy to get an overview and to get good and relevant data. It is particularly positive that you as a user can work completely digitally and not with complicated excel sheets that have to be sent around with passwords.

You can have several different salary reviews going on at the same time in different collective agreements and the longer you use the system, the more history you will have and more useful data.

Customer support is always easy to get in touch with and the technicians are great to work with. They listen to your requests and try to shape the system according to your company's needs

**What do you dislike about Sysarb?**

The admin tool needs to be a little more user-friendly

**What problems is Sysarb solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Operational control, we can have everything in one place.  Such as analyses of equal pay, salary reviews, etc.
