SynXis Voice Agent is a great reservations tool; it has most of the things you want to handle a reservations line just fine.
a. Migrating from the desktop version to the web-based option was a great decision; the interface looks modern and is faster than the desktop app
b. It can be connected to the properties rewards program and other infarces.
c. I can concentrate a lot of information and have it accessible from every screen of a reservation which is very efficient
d. Looking for reservations is extremely simple; even if you don't have the reservation number, you can do a partial search by using some letters of the name

I don't know if this happened to all versions. However, I really dislike the 2 step authentication. About a month ago, you could ask Voice Agent to remember you for 30 days, which was awesome, but on the last update, that option was removed, and you have to authenticate a ton of times throughout the day. This is very ineffective because it times out after 20 minutes of non-use, and when you have to start it again, it can take you a few minutes that are very valuable taking calls.
