What do you like best about Synthflow?

It was really easy to start the process and do all the integrations that we needed compared to other companies. One of the first things that we noticed was that the voice quality, thanks to Eleven Labs, made it really easy. We tried some others. VAPI was a little bit hard, somewhat unstable. Some of the integrations were lacking, in particular for GoHighLevel, but with SimFlow, it is actually very, very good. And that's actually making it easy to launch the voice systems in place.

setting up and implementation was very easy as well. Havent discussed anything with support but will update if i see anything off but right now neutral. Been using it for 12 hours straight at this point with multiple platforms and its excelling Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

So I like that they gave us the trial. The trial minutes were a little bit lower than expected. We were going to sign up with the agency plan. We were able to get more minutes by doing a review, which I have no problem doing because it's actually a really good system, but also the minutes for testing count. And they're doing the minute counter over a real line. We should be able to trigger a call directly through the browser to ourselves just to test or just to do an in-app test on the page, not to compute minutes while we're testing. We haven't been able to spend a lot of time doing any live calls with anybody for real testing, only amongst ourselves and our minutes ran out pretty quickly. So not that useful. Also on the settings pane, when you're setting up the voices and the multi settings that you can adjust on each, it would be ideal if while we're adjusting those, that it wouldn't be counting towards my minutes for the exact use case of what I said. So this would be extremely helpful if the minutes gifted were essentially usable for testing. Thank you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We also love the rich set of features available, from logic branching to real-time audio testing, making it incredibly flexible for various use cases. Integrating it with our existing stack was also seamless, especially WhatsApp and Zapier-based flows, thanks to Synthflow’s ease of integration. One area that could be improved is the analytics dashboard — we’d love deeper insights into conversation drop-off rates and more granular performance metrics without relying on third-party tools.
