The available tutorials do not reflect the updated GUI, which makes learning more challenging. Our aim was to develop an AI assistant capable of handling calls and creating bookings. Since incoming calls are dynamic, it was difficult to figure out how to set up a custom action that integrates with cal.com and replaces the default static email. Most of the YouTube tutorials focused primarily on outbound processes. While the documentation offered some assistance, the overall process was still quite difficult. So far the configuration and setup is flowing well. I can understand scripts are prompts and having an Agent refer to a knowledge base is very helpful. I'm most likely going to purchase at least a month's plan to try the system out but it would have been nice to have test minutes to listen to how the agent handled calls. They didn't seem to give me any free minutes to try the software. I also needed to purchase a phone number in order to Test my Agent but then when I went to test what the Agent sounded like or how they handled calls, I needed minutes.
