I have received commentary from individuals who have shown the videos I've created that the videos appear realistic and professionally done. The ease of use and ability to customize the various avatars is a tremendous plus. The lip sync options are outstanding and the avatars represent a large and diverse range of ethnic groups. There is also outstanding customer service that is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The responses to my inquiries have been accurate and very helpful. The software is fairly easy to use and implement. It has a tremendous number of features and it is extremely easy to integrate into presentations such as PowerPoint or other derivative works. I've waited a long time for a product like this and I'm very happy for the development. I've used earlier versions of this product and I'm impressed with the Improvement that comes with each update. **What do you dislike about Synthesys AI Studio?** I would like to see the rendering speed increased above what it is now but overall it is still very good and the software has the ability to handle fairly large scripts. The translation from text to voice is amazing and the AI voices are top of the line very natural sounding. I really don't have any negative comments about it at this time.
