One thing I dislike about Synology Office Suite is the mobile experience which feels less polished compared to the desktop version. Though it gets the job done, the interface could be more intuitive. It's very easy to use. When I set up my NAS, it was the first application I used. I can easily access my files and share them with other cross-devices just like the general cloud storage. Also, it provides online documents like doc, sheet, and slide which work like Microsoft ones and it's integrative.

The most important thing is that it's no license required! I can build up my own cloud based on the capacity I need.

Conversion af existing MS documents do not not work to our satisfaction. Moving tabels in wordprocessing documts is not possible. Tables in spreadsheets are not converted, resulting in formula errors.
