Sometimes it may be difficult to reach a desired product manager or services administration staff, but this is probably due to the shear size of the company now that it's merged with Tech Data. **What problems is TD SYNNEX solving and how is that benefiting you?** TD Synnex has been very usful in the pecurement of our IT infrastructure needs and that of our clients. Having a seamless supply chain is beneficial to our MSP services. ### 2. It also provides a virtual machine which not only enhances security but also enhances the performance of operations **What do you dislike about TD SYNNEX?** Despite a high performance cloud architecture, it sometimes lags in performance due to the Internet speed and additional load on servers due to more users. The drag and drop system sometimes also works slow due to above-mentioned reason **What problems is TD SYNNEX solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping in cloud automation to our firm and enhances the performance of regular operations being performed. The security part also enhances its capability and makes its ideal for use in corporate settings ### 3. They are available till you get the job and they get paid. **What do you dislike about TD SYNNEX?** They have messed up all the estimates costing me close to $100 K if I did not pay attention to the details. when you let them know they have missed so much in their estimate they ask for more money to do the job. Successful integration with other products is provided **What do you dislike about TD SYNNEX?** If you don't know the software language, stay away from this product. It's really complicated. **Recommendations to others considering TD SYNNEX:** If you have software development skills, I would definitely recommend you to install and use this free product. But I'm telling the beginning, it's not easy **What problems is TD SYNNEX solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use vRA to automate the setup of our servers. We need vRO for this. For example, we set the local admin on a created win machine via vRO. ### 5. Their support is top notch and easy to deal with. They are very competitive on price which helps my quotes come in commutative. They have a wide range of items that you wouldn't expect and its nice to have a "one stop shop" distributor that you can rely on. They also process orders and ship things quickly! **What do you dislike about TD SYNNEX?** Synnex has one major problem in my eyes, and that is the inability to get free shipping unless you spend $1,000. I am not sure if this is the same across all tiers of partnership (which is defined by how much you spend with the company annually), but I find having to pay shipping and charge that to the client is annoying. The other issue I have with this is that you can only estimate freight, and it is not always on target in that regard. **Recommendations to others considering TD SYNNEX:** Synnex does a great job keeping the things you will need in stock almost always, just be ready to pay shipping for orders under $1,000. **What problems is TD SYNNEX solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Synnex as a distributor of IT hardware. The benefits that we have realized with this company has been great support while allowing us to get fast shipping on the orders that our clients depend on. In the IT industry, not having the products you pay for quickly could result in downtime and cost companies thousands.
