We do like the functionality of the search engine. However, a legend with the wildcards would be very helpful. Especially, to those who use the system less often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I seem to be hearing a lot about the software as of late. In a recent incendent, we needed prints for emergency work and were not able to access them. This being a contributing factor to a nearly sitewide shutdown. Consensus at the plant is that we were in a much better position prior to the upgrade.
The new viewer has caused some fits.
Printing is always an issue I hear from users.
As you already know, the viewer is very sluggish and takes a considerable amount of time to open with the first file.
Sometimes our drawings don’t open at all. See below example. I can see the drawing in the thumbnail but it will not open in the view window. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
