"A Robust Platform for Warranty and Claims Optimization"
4/5
What do you like best about Syncron Service Lifecycle Management?

Syncron offers a powerful platform for managing warranty claims and after-sales service operations. The interface is user-friendly, and the modules are well-suited for large industrial organizations. One of the key strengths is the high level of configurability and autonomy it provides — allowing us to tailor the solution to our specific business needs. While ERP integration was a challenge, this was mostly due to the limitations of our internal systems rather than the Syncron platform itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syncron Service Lifecycle Management?

The learning curve can be steep, especially for business users who aren’t accustomed to working with technical tools. The flexibility of the system is a double-edged sword — it offers great potential, but only if you have someone internally with a strong functional and technical understanding. Additionally, support response times can vary depending on time zones, which sometimes delays issue resolution. Although the system is promoted as bilingual, there are significant gaps and challenges in managing multiple languages effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Syncron Global Price Management tool is very good for maintaining spare part prices. All of our pricing data can be stored in this tool and distributed easily to our ERP. Co-operation with the service provider works smoothly, and the customer support portal helps nicely if we have any problems with the tool, or require other assistance with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syncron Service Lifecycle Management?

The tool is sometimes a bit complicated to use, and requires a bit of getting used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syncron Service Lifecycle Management?

The support environment is not very good. It seems like the cheapest solution although I don't know. It's low quality compared to Syncron solutions and I don't like the contrast at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Syncron Parts Planning deployment team / user A&D"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Syncron Service Lifecycle Management?

We use the Part Planning capability, which helps us plan inventory more intelligently, improve service levels, and minimize excess stock. The system is easy to integrate with, both for importing and exporting data, and features a very user-friendly interface, helpful support, and a useful help function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syncron Service Lifecycle Management?

In our on-premise installation of Parts Planning (V24), I have noticed that it lacks certain features needed for repairables planning, especially considering the way component maintenance is handled in the aerospace and defence sectors. We also miss out on some of the bespoke reporting functionality that is available on the cloud so we have to meet those requirements by reporting outside of Syncron Parts Planning. "Driving service efficiency with Syncron SLM"
4/5
What do you like best about Syncron Service Lifecycle Management?

What I like best about Syncron Service Lifecycle Management is how it brings together advanced analytics, automation, and real-time insights to optimize every stage of the service lifecycle—from forecasting and inventory planning to pricing and field service execution. The platform empowers companies to shift from reactive to proactive service models, which ultimately boosts customer satisfaction, reduces downtime, and increases service profitability. Its intuitive interface and ability to integrate with existing systems also make it scalable and easy to adopt across global operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Syncron Service Lifecycle Management?

While Syncron Service Lifecycle Management offers powerful capabilities, one area that could be improved is the learning curve for new users. Given the depth and sophistication of the platform, it can take time for teams to fully unlock its potential without proper onboarding and training. That said, once users are up to speed, the platform proves to be highly valuable and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
